Total scam, the dress I ordered for my daughter never arrived

Wish I could give zero star. I ordered on August 12th. I spent $147 total. They never ship it out my product. Today is September 14th. Scam webpage. Just stealing people money.

I would not buy from this company anymore. First , it took a month to actually deliver the merchandise, then I never received the order even though according to their records it was delivered.
I emailed customer service and all they said was that it was delivered. Replied back with again I never received the order and received no response. Really just a bad experience.

I freaking LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store. I Love how different, then the normal on how this site has my kids looking. They love it too.. Delivery is just really really late. But satisfied once arrive!

Both me and my friend received dresses totally different than what we ordered. The packages arrived very late.

Die Hälfte der Ware kam nie an, trotz mehrmaliger E-Mailkontakt (immer nett vertröstet, aber sonst nichts passiert). Das, was (nach 8 Wochen Wartezeit und immer nur in Teillieferungen) ankam, war der billigste China-Schritt. Schlecht und unbrauchbar. Die Kleider haben mit den Warenbildern nichts, aber auch nichts gemeinsam. Sie sind nicht einen Euro wert.
Nach ewigem Hin- und Her habe ich dank PayPal das Geld für die nicht gelieferten Artikel zurück bekommen. Ich wünschte, sie hätten gar nichts geliefert und ich hätte für den unbrauchbaren Schrott nichts zahlen müssen.

4 Pullies bestellt. 1 Wurde geliefert 100 $ bezahlt.. Nur vertröstet. Nie eine Erstattung erhalten. Absoluter Betrug.

Ik had een jurk besteld die 3 maanden later pas binnen kwam, en had er ondertussen nog maar 1 besteld en betaald maar wacht alweer 3 maanden op niets, en geen geld terug want ze kunnen geen 2e bestelling vinden ineens

Hände weg von diesem online Geschäft!!!! Ich habe nach 1,5 Monaten nur eine Leggins und ein Kleid erhalten ( Chinaware) anstatt 5 bestellten Kleidern. Kein Geld zurück erstattet bekommen!!!!
Sie versprechen jedes Mal per Mail, dass entweder die Ware noch kommt oder dass Geld zurück erstattet wird- es passiert aber GAR NICHTS!

I never buy more in this store. The first time I bought the order it took more than a month when I received the dresses I wanted to return one because it took longer than expected and they told me that it would cost more to return the dress than to keep. I said well ok I understand I gave them another chance, more than a month since April 29, I placed my order, I received a piece a few days ago, I check for the others that are missing and the supposed tracking that they send me, it is worth noting that it did not specify which company it was from, it said that the label was created but they had not received the package yet. I told them and they sent me as if it had already been delivered... whee! They asked me for the order number again and I'm still waiting. This store is a scam

I ordered a dress for little girls worth €32, but I received another very ugly model and at less than half the value of the first order. I mention that I received the package 2 months after the purchase. They don't want to refund the amount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ich habe ein Kleid für kleine Mädchen im Wert von 32 € bestellt, habe aber ein anderes sehr hässliches Modell erhalten und das zu weniger als der Hälfte des Wertes der ersten Bestellung. Ich erwähne, dass ich das Paket 2 Monate nach dem Kauf erhalten habe. Sie wollen den Betrag nicht zurückerstatten. ICH EMPFEHLEN ES NICHT

The order received is completely different from what was shown on the website. The drawings come in formulaic form and are not stitched as shown on the website. Your money will not be refunded. I have been scammed for more than $50, so I ask you to be careful and then beware of fake websites.

You do not get the dress advertised in these pictures if you get them at all. I ordered this dress plus one other for Easter. One of the dresses never showed up the other came a month late and was a cheap knock off of the dress pictured. The dress in the picture has 3d flowers sewn onto the bodice and skirt and the dress I received only had like 4 flowers sewn onto the bodice and none on the skirt. There was absolutely no fullness to the skirt and the color was off. The sizing was way off as well. It is not a dress I would have my daughter wear in public. After like 4 emails they finally agreed to a refund for the dress I never received. But so far they will not refund me for the dress they falsely advertised even though I offered to send it back. The offered me a $3 discount for the "quality issue" of the dress. I paid $28. This dress is now on sale for $15 dollars but I would not even pay the $3 they gave me back for this dress. I want a full refund. I will never buy from Bebehanna again. SCAM COMPANY!

WARNING! Bought the flower dress for a 5yo. Received the dress weeks later. It was YELLOW instead of white. Contacted customer service. Days later they said if I want refund, mail back to CHINA! That costs more the dress!

The product quality is miserable, I am afraid to let my children wear this poorly produced clothes. Moreover the missing refund option and that the product are shipped directly from China taking over a month make the seller even less attractive and environmentally very unfriendly, do not buy here!

The product were way cheap quality and takes more than a month to arrive. They told they can not process refund and they can only give 3$ credit for the dissatisfaction.

Son unos sinvergüenzas. Pedí dos disfraces para Carnaval, uno no llegó y el otro no se parece en nada a la foto, es un trapo y llegó 3 meses tarde.
Pongo una reclamación y no me devuelven mi dinero.

I ordered a 2 dress for my children and never received they started say yes was delivered and send my a picture but never any package was delivered. I think I was scammed.

Au delà de la communication qui n est absolument pas présente avec cette marque. J avais reçu aucun mail de confirmation après ma commande d un montant supérieur à 60€… j ai reçu mes 3 vêtements en deux envoies… Bon vous allez me dire que j aurais pu m estimer heureux tant je pensais m être fait escroquer de plus de 60€…

Finalement je viens de recevoir les deux robes commandées pour ma fille… quelle tristesse !! Les robes ne ressemblent en rien au visuel de leur site. 🤬😱🤬la qualité est degueulasse, les visuels vilains à souhait… bref fuyez !!!! Ne dépensez pas votre argent dans des vêtements qui n ont mais alors aucune mais aucun me ressemblance a ce qu ils mettent en avant sur leur site. Bien évidement j aimerai demander un remboursement et leur ré envoyer la marchandise mais impossible de les contacter vu qu ils répondent pas…

Bref… on m y reprendra pas deux fois…

Unterirdisch was da geliefert wird. Gerne würde ich Bilder Posten, geht hier aber leider nicht. Das Kleid, das ich bestellt habe hat nichts, aber auch gar nichts mit den Bildern im Shop zu tun. Spart euch das Geld und kauft dort nix.
