I contacted customer service seeking some advice for my terribly dry skin. I’m in my 70s and have really struggled finding the right product. The representative that I spoke to was so helpful, she recommended the shower scrub and the body serum. I have used the body serum for years as it is so effective, but the shower scrub was new to me, and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! It really gets rid of dry, flaky skin while leaving my skin feeling so soft and nourished, and it smells fantastic! Will definitely be back for more of that! Thanks for all the help.

I made a first time purchase and not 10 minutes after I received my email confirmation, I also received a welcome email with a discount code for a first time purchase. Bummer, I thought. But I reached out to customer service and they honored the code, sending me a refund for the discount. The interaction was felt friendly and personal, which is much appreciated.

The products themselves are great. I'm just getting started but I really enjoy the scents and texture and am looking forward to seeing how it goes in the long run. I wish this company much success because it seems like the kind of product one hopes will be available for years to come!

(And I would love it if they'd come up with a woodsy scent too!!)

While I cannot speak to the products just yet, I am happy to post that I have received exceptional customer service which already makes me want to shop from this company again. I'd inadvertently removed an item from my cart prior to completing checkout, processed the order, and then noticed the error. I'd wanted to include that item with my original order while leveraging the first time buyer's code, but completed checkout too quickly. I contacted customer service via email and was able to resolve the oversight! The process was efficient, personal, and seemingly rare, which makes it all the more appreciated. Thank you!

I opened my box when it got delivered. I ordered the beauty from bees, body serum, and the lid was not on tight and some spilled out on the paper that it was wrapped in. I contacted them twice. They finally answered and said they can give me a discount on my next order. I asked if they can give me a discount on this order since it was opened they did not answer me. It’s two days now I want a full refund is what I asked for and I still haven’t heard from them. Their customer service is terrible. Also, I did not try the body serum, but what spilled that was so very Greasy. I am really disappointed in this company.

Canada 🇨🇦 owned first and foremost. Nothing harmful in the products and are definitely as advertised. The body serums are my favorite. Just recently my husband and I were on vacation in Mexico. We got too much sun on our backs one day, and the serum was the only thing that gave us relief. The hydration and healing made the difference.

I have been using the face cleanser kit for a little over 6 months now and it has been amazing I have been able to watch my skin heal, fine lines reduced, pores smaller, redness almost all gone. I went from wanting to hid and cover my face to loving my skin again.
I suffer from eczema in my scalp, ears and face especially my lash line. I have been using the lash serum and have been amazed I’m not reaching for steroid creams anymore. Even the shampoo and conditioners have been the first thing to actually get rid of my itch halo from my eczema.
I can’t say enough good things about all the products I have tried so far.

I love the products and the customer service is phenomenal as well. The body oil serums make my skin feel and look dewy and moisturized and they smell wonderful; my favourites are the lime and the orange. The unscented one is awesome for the days that I am exposed to UV rays when citrus oils cause photosensitivity; same amazing oil serum and absolutely no smell (sometimes unscented can still have an unpleasant smell, but this does not). The deodorant, intimate oil, face oil (I could go on) are also amazing. Fantastic products are also backed by helpful and uber friendly customer service. I was anxious one of my packages was lost and their CSA stayed in contact with me and followed up with the courier, and let me know they would be there for me until it was delivered successfully. All round an awesome company with fantastic products. Money well spent with BEAUTY FROM BEES!! ❤️🐝🐝🐝

I discovered Beauty From Bees about a year ago and I’ve been enjoying my after shower body oil moisturizing routine so much. I’ve used the orange and vanilla natural scents. Both are so luxurious. I’ve recently added the Glow and the Body Scrub to enhance my experience! I also want to add to my review that the customer service team is amazing. I’ve made some mistakes with my shipping orders and they remedy everything so timely AND THEY ARE NICE about it. Very kind people working behind the product. I just love this company and what they stand for.

I am a first time customer. I thought I’d give the purple shampoo a try, as I was impressed with the ingredients this company uses. I have used 3/4 of this shampoo, repeatedly, with absolutely NO change in the yellow in my naturally platinum blonde/white hair. It did not work for me in the least! Very disappointed, as I have used various shampoos that work. I’ll be going back to one of the others.

I am obsessed with This company and their products!! I’ve transformed my shower experience into a spa/self care bliss. My favorite product is the body ser in sweet vanilla. Not your typical vanilla scent - it is addicting. And yes, it’s a serum so if you’re used to lotions (especially crappy cheap ones), there will be an adjustment period to get used to this serum. Still, out of all the body oils I’ve tried, this one is 100% superior in quality, clean nourishing ingredients, and scent!!!! I love that the company is Alberta-based, and the founder is dedicated too 100% natural clean ingredients that actually work. I also had a shipping issue and was pleased with the customer service. It took a few days (I understand they need to do their process!) but they kept in touch regularly and did the right thing to resolve the issue. I recommend Beauty From Bees to everyone I meet and will continue with their products! Got the shampoo, conditioner, and face serums recently - love them too!!!

I had some issues with the delivery of my products. Customer service was exceptional at helping to resolve. There was great communication. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Product Experience & Refund Concern – Beauty From Bees

I am writing an honest review to share my experience with the Beauty From Bees Body Crème and Serum and the subsequent return process.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the products. Even when applied sparingly, the crème and serum felt excessively sticky and the texture is overly oily, and rather than absorbing, it remains on the surface, leaving a greasy, sticky, shiny film. My skin did not feel nourished—only coated and unpleasant. Additionally, the product transferred onto my leather sofa, leaving behind a residue - needless to say, I had to clean myself from the product and my leather sofa.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product. It did not meet expectations, and I feel my purchase was a poor use of my money. Don’t believe the social media hype.
While I did proceed with returning the items, the process added to my dissatisfaction. I was required to pay out-of-pocket for return shipping in order to receive a refund.
This is especially concerning given the company’s stated 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which emphasizes a commitment to ensuring customers are fully satisfied or that they will “make it right.” In my case, the additional pay out of pocket return cost does not reflect that promise.
Overall, my experience with Beauty From Bees has been disappointing, both in terms of product performance and customer service. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to review the return policy carefully before making a purchase.

A friend had recommended this company‘s body serum. I took my time to read about this, and searched through reviews. I was most skeptical, not about it not working but being an oil base product, also leaving oil stains on my clothing and linens. Not only does this work absolutely fantastic for my dry skin, I am very happy with how all of my fabrics look after wearing this serum, no oily stains or spots on any of my clothing and I wear a lot of white! So thrilled that I have found this company, thank you for making such beautiful, and safe products! I’ll be back.

Beauty from Bees body serum is truly an amazing skin care product! I am a 65 year old man with lots of sun damage, skin cancer issues, and a bit of rosacea. I have been applying their body serum to my face and bald head and it has reduced overall redness and winter dryness dramatically. A little goes a long way and it is highly moisturizing. My skin is much more smooth and healthy looking. Definitely recommend this product and the company in general!
