Merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps d'écrire un commentaire. Nous sommes heureux d'apprendre que votre commande est bien arrivée.
J'ai vérifié la vidéo d'emballage de votre commande et je peux voir que les 3 vernis à ongles que vous avez commandés ont été placés dans une enveloppe à bulles chacun. Malheureusement, nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec des vernis à ongles cassés lorsqu'ils étaient envoyés ensemble dans une enveloppe à bulles, c'est pourquoi nous les emballons individuellement. Nous faisons tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour réduire au maximum les déchets, par exemple, nous participons actuellement à un projet pilote de boîte réutilisable ici au Danemark, et nous avons cessé d'imprimer la confirmation de commande pour toutes les commandes il y a quelques années, ce qui nous permet d'économiser 2500 kg de papier chaque année.
J'ai transmis votre commentaire à notre responsable afin qu'il examine s'il existe un meilleur moyen d'expédier les commandes contenant uniquement des vernis à ongles.

Délais et consignes de livraison non respectés
Délais de livraison trop longs (commande passée le 23/02 reçue le 06/03) et non respect des consignes (déposé dans un relais-colis à 2,5 km de mon domicile alors que j'avais choisi un relais-colis dans ma rue juste en bas de chez moi !). Carton abîmé mais heureusement produits intacts. Je ne recommanderai pas.

We are very sorry for the long delivery time and we take full responsibility. There have been some technical issues that prevented our system from printing a label for some of the parcel shops near you. The shipping company's data told us that all the parcel shops near you were on holiday and therefore the order could not be sent there. On 29 February, a parcel shop was found where we could print a label and the parcel was finally shipped to you. Therefore, your parcel was delivered a little far from you, which is very unfortunate.
I don't see that you have contacted us about your order arriving damaged. Of course, we would have loved to follow up with the shipping company, but then we would have had to use pictures of how it was delivered. We assume that the packaging has been thrown away, but if you have taken pictures or still have the packaging, please send them to us so we can contact the shipping company about it.
But it's good to hear that the products didn't suffer any damage, despite the rough journey. We hope you are happy with them and hope that you will want to shop with us again in the future, where we can show that what you experienced with this order is definitely not the norm.
