Beautifully Handmade UK Omdömen

The item was lovely, great quality, lovely picture on the mug and the person recieving it was really happy.

Absolutely in love with my Scorpio ornament. Looks exactly like the photo and arrived packaged well. Thank you xxx

This was a gift for my father, he was absolutely delighted with the item. However the packaging is terrible once I'd opened it to check the item it was nigh on impossible to close it again. I had to cut away part of the box to close the lid in a makeshift way. Please look at the boxes you use for mugs as just awful.

so easy to order and came quickly,it was a present and she loved it.

I ordered 2 personalized christening money boxes for my grandsons with less than a week to go before the christening day. I received an e-mail back confirming the correct spelling of the names requested as one of their names is unusual, The service was amazing as not only did I receive them before the due date, they were personally hand delivered to my office to ensure I received them before the Christening day.

Beautiful handmade jewellery, by The Twisted Kitty, this is my go to place for birthday gifts as the jewellery sets are stunning & the gift wrapping is fabulous, you wont be disappointed if you are looking for something that is of high quality.

Ordering on line was easy and quick. The mug and coaster was exactly what I ordered, reasonably priced, it arrived well packaged and on time. Would definitely recommend.

Never received order. Ordered 10th July for my mother's 70th birthday. No correspondence to say item had been dispatched, because it hadn’t, regardless of the website’s 7-10 day policy, because it’s now August 15th and I did not receive my item or any communication other than a order placed email. Seller is welcome to check ‘delivery attempted’ information because I can guarantee it doesn’t exist.

Arrived on time pleased with what I ordered

Absolutely gorgeous shoes! They fit perfectly. Great service by the supplier, from initial enquiry to the fabulously presented package on arrival. It felt like opening a gift. I can’t wait to wear these on my wedding day. xx

Very helpful with their help, but I feel they could be faster in helping in setting up the website.
