Promptly dispatched in solid packaging to ensure the mug arrived intact. The Jack Russell image is lovely, so the gift recipient is very happy 😊

Hi Michelle, We have emailed you twice with the tracking and proof of delivery on the 3rd of December which you have not acknowledged at all. We are very approachable and have received no correspondence that your order had not been received so our seller could make a new product for you or offer a refund. Would you be so kind as to reply to the sellers email which has your tracking information and proof.
