Great service.
My experience of shopping with BeamLED has been excellent. I had a few questions before I purchased and they answered promptly and thoroughly. The lights haven't been fitted yet, so I can't comment on the product, but they look and feel very well made. No issues with delivery. Thank you BeamLED.

I bought from BeamLED because they were the cheapest.
I bought from BeamLED because they offered the best price I could find online.
They didn't offer an exact delivery time but my lights were waiting for me when I arrived home from work one day; I find one of the most frustrating experiences of online shopping can be having to rush over to the next town and wait in a queue only to be told I don't have the correct identification to collect my purchase.
I've only fitted one light so far so I can't comment on the reliability or consistency, but so far I am impressed with the efficacy and aesthetics of the product.

The online and telephone communications were great. The low rating was because the delivery company didn’t put a note through my door saying it had been delivered to another address.

AN EXCELLENT SERVICE

Order placed on Thursday and received item on Saturday, unfortunately it arrived damaged, the front glass panel completely shattered.
Phoned Beam LED and sent email with photos of the damaged flood light, Complete replacement received on Tuesday.
A very good service with no quibble or hassle.
