A five star experience from start to…
A five star experience from start to finish. We had a decreasing life insurance policy with critical illness cover taken out in 2014. This year I was unfortunately diagnosed with Cancer. The Beagle Street claims team were simply outstanding. Emails were answered within the hour, information gathering was painless and fast and within a month of initial enquiry the payout was made.
This has changed the shape of our future beyond measure. I am so glad we took out the policy but even happier we chose to use Beagle Street. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Claim on critical illness cover
I took out life insurance with critical illness cover a few years back and had to claim under critical illness recently. The communication was excellent from the day I emailed them. I received regular updates and rapid replies to all my queries. Would definitely recommend.

Stolen my money. Cancelled the policy and still charged me for the full month of not having a policy. Their customer service is a joke.

I have called up 4/5 times in the past…
I have called up 4/5 times in the past 2 months for updates on my dads life insurance, couple of the people that worked their was really unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my dads passing. The last call I had was with Nel, she was the sweetest person, very empathetic, attentive and making sure I was happy with everything before ending the call. If you were to call this company for insurance make sure you speak to Nel for the best results. Thank you for the amazing customer service! She deserves a pay rise or commission for her amazing work!

Irritating
They acquire phone numbers from an unknown source and attempt cold-calling. They called too many times. I told them to stop calling me but they didn’t remove my number from their contact list. This is irritating.
