Audiology was excellent and very professional. Audiologist very patient and caring in explanations etc.
Booklet provided for patients help with use of hearing aid, totally inadequate.
Waiting room and consulting rooms far too small and poorly ventilated, especially in current Covid pandemic.

Thank you for your useful review. I am not sure what booklet you received with your hearing aids. I will arrange for a Phonak booklet to be sent out to you. We are trying our best with the waiting room which has screens between all chairs. The entire suite is air conditioned and ventilated. As you would have seen the audiologists wear both visors and masks as well as gloves and scrubs uniforms which is in accordance with the COVID recommendations, We will however take note of your comments and when you return for an adjustment we will use one of the larger rooms. Thank you again.

Very helpful pre-arrival information. Found the building ok. Slight confusion over our appointment time (unusually early it seems) but sorted quickly. Very good service.

The consultant I met was really nice…
The consultant I met was really nice and explained the hearing test and results really well. But I was referred there because of tinnitus and really she didn't really help me with that. Just assured me that my hearing was fine but nothing really about how to deal with tinnitus bar not using in the ear headphones.

I brought my 3 year old up to have a hearing test and the two girls were brilliant. It was extremely well set up for a child her age and the girls couldn’t have been friendlier or nicer. They sent out the report to all involved within 24hrs. I would highly recommend them. Very professional set up while still understanding that she’s only 3.

Fantastic experience
Amazing, professional experience with my son. Everything was explained clearly so that I could understand, kind and friendly staff and my son just thought it was all a big game so he wasn't upset or distressed. Would highly recommend Beacon Audiology to anyone
