I have Osteoarthritis in both knees since taken the Joint Essentials daily I have seen a great improvement in my mobility. Amazing supplement, I’ve had an ongoing issue with my knee and I feel the supplement has really helped. It’s not totally gone but certainly an 80 per cent improvement. This is my first week taking Joint Essentials, the fist couple of days it upset my tummy so I reduced the amount to 1tsp of powder to 240mls of water and built on that after the 3rd day my tummy settled.
