Their Instagram also appears to no longer be active.

I have placed an order for play station 5. Its been a week and this place has neither confirmed my order not responded to my repeated queries about the status of my order as to when will it be shipped to me. I have already paid in full 660 GBP. I am left clueless and wondering if I will ever be sent the PS5 and what has happened to my money.I do not recommend this place.

Immoral, poor values and deceive customers
This is such an immoral company. I ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordan’s for £419.99 + £10 delivery (even though it says on their site delivery is feee!) 8 days ago. Yesterday I was sent a refund through PayPal with no explanation. I contacted Bcrep to find out why they refunded, they advised it’s a ‘technical issue’. They offered a discount if I re-ordered at £599.99! This was not a technical issue but it’s a classic form of deceiving the customer. When I said this is wrong and I will report to the office of fair trading, they responded with ‘lol’ ‘you make us laugh’.
I gave Bcrep the opportunity to rectify their mistake and today I received a call from the owner, justifying their actions and offered to sell the trainers for £499. When I said no as that is not the price the sale was agreed at, he replied I can give you a size 8 for that price! Why would I need a size 8 when I ordered a size 7?! He refused to help any further.
The trainers were purchased as a birthday present for my 17 year old daughter, so very disappointing. I would strongly advise to be careful purchasing anything from such companies who don’t have any morals and values. The price they quote on line is just to get customers buy-in. I have the full text trail, unfortunately I don’t have the option to post it here. They don’t even deserve 1 star, do not purchase!

Amazing customer service, my parcel was ready for collection on the same day with no delays. The product was exactly as described. I would most definitely recommend Bcrepuk if your looking for exclusive yet rare designer products.
