Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience an issue with the item after just one wash and then feel that your concerns weren't followed up.
This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide. Please contact our Customer Services team again with your order details, and if possible, resend the photos. We'll be happy to investigate this as a priority and work towards a resolution for you.
Kind Regards,
B Couture
Good customer service
I must admit when I had a look at some of the negative reviews on here after placing my first order, I was a little worried. But I had a really good experience with B Couture and Kirsty was wonderful when I needed help with an issue that I had.
Yodel attempted delivery 3 times but as I wasn’t home for any of the attempts, it was sent back to the depot.
Preferences were updated to leave with a neighbour but for some reason the delivery driver wouldn’t. Kirsty was so helpful and understanding, and sent it back out for me with no quibbles or extra charges.
I found some of the items to fit really well, and some to be on the smaller side. The Kairo leggings are lovely, great material and really flattering. But the joggers that I ordered in the same size were too small.
Overall I’m really happy with the items I decided to keep and the customer service was great.

Item not delivered to me
Item not delivered to me . Contacted customer service and was asked to complete an attached form ( was no attachment) so I emailed them and they ignored me £50 down amd no items.
Was promised they would.semd out items again whith was agreed to by myself. A week later they asked the same question delaying my order. So I requested a refund 2 weeks on and no items or refund. Yet responded to this post with a lie stating now correspondence even tho I have a whole email chain .... tut tut.
