Perfect product excellent quality superb customer service

The rings came on time and they are gorgeous!! Fiance was over the moon.

First of all terrible communication through email only, very vague answers, still haven't revived my product. They do not understand they are in the proposal business or they simply don't care, "expedited order fee' is a scam, poor craftsmanship because as they told me "gem was falling out", go to a real jeweler and don't waste your time

Got an absolutely gorgeous ring. Exactly what I ordered. My fiancee can't stop touching and staring at it. Good service, communication, and delivery time. Very pleased with the entire transaction.

Great quality and perfect size scale

My husband got my rings customs made from here. Great customer service. Amazing ring! I get compliments all the time. I’ve had it for two years now, the quality is amazing.

The ring is truly beautiful and customer service is very responsive. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the delivery times on the website didn't match what actually happened, which can be sensitive regarding engagement processes. Other than that, I would definitively buy here again

The ring I ordered is beautiful!

Thank you so much!

They delivered exactly what they offered. Took about a month and we were very happy with the quality and overall experience. Would definitely shop here again.

I am so in love with this ring, i cannot stop looking at it throughout the day. Bbbgem gave me my dream ring

The time it took to get the ring was reasonable..no complaints there. The ring itself didn't resemble the picture of the ring that encouraged me to purchase it. The ring I received just seemed lack-luster and the stones seemed smaller than expected. I don't want to rate poor, but I almost did. I don't think I'll buy jewelry online again.

Excellent service, beautiful ring - second time I've used (uk)

Very beautiful ring. Looks exactly like what I wanted, a little smaller of a ring than I expected so it is very hard to see the engraving or I probably wouldn't have added that on if I knew I could barely see it. Other than that very beautiful and it came in about month from placing my order!👍🏼👍🏼

Had an existing product modified and custom made. I am very satisfied!

I was a little worried when I placed my order, because I read some pretty bad reviews... but I decided to proceed because this was the only jeweler I could find that had what I wanted (and I have been looking a long time)! So I placed my order, marked three weeks on my calendar and waited. On the three week marker, I emailed a status inquiry and was told my order had just shipped and was given a tracking number. I received my ring 48 hours later. Shipping package was just fine. The ring box was lovely, and the ring itself was even more beautiful that the photos online. I am so impressed with the craftsmanship and stone quality!

I ordered a ring, and I measured my own finger using a ring tool I found online, the ring has came and is so lovely and elegant, and fits really well, thank you :)

Fits perfectly, looks beautiful and the shipping was quick!

Absolutely gorgeous and worth the 1 month wait!

Customer service was responsive and prompt when asking for updates. Ring was beautiful and of admirable quality.
