She loved the ring. The resizing to the size 10 was perfect. The ring is stunning. The moissanite tiara is beautiful brilliant in the sunlight. The opal center stone is breathtaking. It's more that I could've hoped for to propose with

The ring shipped early, and looked even better in person than I had hoped. Fantastic service, would buy an engagement ring from them again, but hopefully I won’t have to.

Bbbgem communicated with me directly after I placed my initial order to make sure everything was correct before processing my order. My ring came at the expected time, and I absolutely love it. It's beautiful, well made and it fits perfectly!! Thanks so much!!!!

Although the band itself was much smaller than I was expecting, it is still a beautiful set.

Excellent experience and wonderful perfectly sized 14k rose gold morganite ring. I purchased this ring for my wife as an upgrade from her previous ring and she loves it. I was even able to set up a payment arrangement and make weekly payments. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone!

Wonderful ring, I am glad it looks and fits the way it was intended. Many thanks on the safe delivery and stylish design. Cheers

Ordered an engagement ring and it never arrived. Contacted customer support and they said it was still on its way. This was months ago and still no ring. Absolute scam of a site, do not trust.

The ring was perfect. My wife was pleased.

Great quality at affordable prices. Highly recommended.

They lied about the item being shipped. I had to start a dispute on PayPal to get them to finally send my ring.

Amazing Costumer Service, great quality for the price. Me and my fiance loved the design and I would definitely recommend it to all of my guy friends looking to tie the knot.

I'm currently living in Japan and couldn't find the engagement ring I was looking for, after weeks of searching I finally found it. I was nervous since it was in the USA and I had no idea how long it would take to get here, especially with the pandemic going on at the moment, but Bbbgem came through. The staff was super helpful and the emails between us were comfortable and casual, they confirmed everything before starting the order, and the entire process up untill delivery didnt take more than 3 weeks. I mean, less that 3 weeks to create the perfect ring and securely send it from the US to a small town in the middle of Japan during C19, amazing! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Thanks for your great work Bbbgem!

My order for an engagement ring was processed and only took them a couple weeks to prepare for shipment! Bbbgem had a representative that let me updated on the status of my order and we’re prompt when I had to make an address change. Great experience ordering a very special piece of jewelry from them!

This Ring is perfect. I originally thought the ring a small but once placed on her finger it was perfect. She fell in love with me all over again.

Ring came out great! Delivered on time :)
