Shambles of a company, they take no responsibility what's so ever in not delivering enough bottles there customer service is appalling in the 3 yrs ive had oxygen i can put my hand on heart and say 40% of deliveries are short APPALING COMPANY.

So far Baywater have said they would come and collect oxygen canisters and scavenger unit SIX times and just not turned up. The patient died two months ago and we are repeatedly driving down to his empty house to meet a technician for collection and they just remove us from the collection schedule without notifying us. Wasting days of our time during the working week and absolutely no suggestion of how to get them collected - someone else could be using this vital equipment!!! Horrendous. Totally and utterly useless. No solution offered.

I have read several negative comments re Baywater however whilst I look at strengths and weaknesses of companies I deal with I would encourage anyone to comment as I found them from day one excellent. Getting oxygen for my wife and how to use was stressful but their staff were accommodating in all departments.

Why are the NHS not taking note of these reviews?!
Since this company took over delivery it’s been a nightmare. Useless delivery service, useless customer service, and no one accepting responsibility for missed deliveries of which we are now up to 4.

Absolute shower terrible service no customer care excuse after excuse I need two liquid oxygen tanks a week they managed one in a fortnight totally useless

Expected master cylinder to be delivered at 12pm yesterday. Received call at 11am to say they had none available. Therefore I have no oxygen so am unable to go about daily tasks like washing and cooking as I have stag 4 COPD. THEY OFFERED A COUPLE OF SMALL CYCLINDERS WHICH LAST ABOUT 45 MINUTES. This is the second time this has happened in the last 3 deliveries. The equipment they provide I.e Flask is rubbish. Fill it up at night and it vents so is empty in morning which is the most important time of day. Am unable to refill as have no oxygen to go to garage. Who ever took contract away from BOC should be sacked.As you can read I am not the only one having serious dangerous problems.

Absolutely disgusting service been waiting for liquid oxygen for 6 days and still haven’t got any this is my life line I can’t go out missed a family meal at the weekend can’t go shopping or to get any cash I am a prisoner in my own house when is someone going to do something about this

Would be zero if possible.
Baywater delivery window seems to be whenever they want.
No notification as to when they are coming. Admin pass the buck on to the drivers.
A lot of their customers are terminally ill, what time they have left is precious to them. They really don't want to be wasting it having to wait for a delivery that could arrive any time.
Also the cylinders are not user friendly. Gauges are not easy to read. Hard to know how much oxygen is actually left.
Cylinders also seem to contain less Oxygen than the BOC ones did.
I do hope that someone in the NHS actually read these reviews so that we can return to a service that is worthy of the contract.

Phoned for oxygen replacements,told can’t have a delivery next day,told you can’t ring for oxygen on bank holiday for next day delivery,never given this information,told it is in there magazines and social media pages.I don’t receive magazines and when I check website it says orders placed before 6.30 will get next day delivery.i explained I would run out of my cylinders and be without them for a day but lady on phone not interested told I can only get them if authorised.gave me telephone number for my hospital respatory team ,rang through answer machine leave message will get back unless it is a bank holiday which will be day after.it is bad enough having to wait in all day waiting for delivery so said I would need morning delivery as I would have not had oxygen for 24 hours told can’t give me a time so it could be end of day making it 2 days.but if I get emergency doctor to authorise I can get it next day.just another way of charging nhs more for nothing.reading through reviews no wonder this company scores low,delivery drivers are really god and caring not some who answer phones.

This would be a zero rating, but unable to give zero.
Since taking over the contract on 1st February, my husband has ordered oxygen 9 times. Whilst each time the order was confirmed, on 3 occasions they then failed to send a message giving a delivery window. Consequently we had to wait in all day. It is bad enough that his movements are restricted because of the oxygen, but Baywater means that he cannot leave the house all day.
On a positive note, the delivery drivers are excellent but they are let down badly by the admin side.

Not a very auspicious start having recently took over from BOC.
Placed my first order online giving them 4 days notice. Received no confirmation email, so called them up and found the order had to be reinstated as it had been cancelled.
Let's hope this is a one off and not a sign of things to come. I never had a problem with BOC.

Today we had paul a technician with baywater bring my husbands oxegen he was going on to a machine 2 machines 1 in the bedroom I cannot praise Paul enough such a patient obliging helpfully man thanks very much Paul enjoy your holls you deserve it

Terrible service, my husband has just started to use Baywater and we have had problems with every delivery. They expect you to wait in all day. Don't always let you know a delivery slot and if they do, they change it at late notice, there seems to be a problem with items being "not on the van" but they let you know this at the end of the day after you have waited in all day! Who loads the vans, do they not know what they're supposed to be delivering? Totally unacceptable! About time the NHS changed the contract.

We have been through Fortnight from hell. However the shining light have been Baywater healthcare. The Engineers are amazing and customer service have been superb, helpful, kind and have delivered. Thank you

Quite a shoddy and untrustworthy company to be honest. Constantly having supply issues for oxygen bottles (if you order three bottles you may only get one). You never know what time deliveries are going to turn up, so you have to waste a whole day waiting in. No deliveries over a weekend unless in an "emergency" - dreadful when you consider this is an ESSENTIAL service to those patients requiring oxygen. Whomever runs this company should be ashamed of themselves.

A wonderful service and a knowledgeable, kind engineer came to our home to provide Oxygen in what has been a very scary week for me and my family.
A further appointment tomorrow to bring a specialised machine rather than a bottle.
