Bay Plastics deliver excellent customer service and speedy delivery every time.

The perspex range is fantastic and i really appreciate their taking time to describe and photograph each colour.

I'd heard rave reviews of them back in 2015 and although have only had the need to use them myself since the beginning of this year (2022)
- they've not dissapointed. Glad I'd made a note of this company!

What a great experience.
I needed to solve a problem for a video shoot.
I spoke to Martin, who made sure I'd get exactly what I needed, delivered to the location. Sue was also a great help in store when I wanted to see the material before purchasing. All in all a fantastic process. Thanks so much!

An exceptionally nice and competent crew! Good product, quick answers, fast procedure. Really pleasant!

From order to collection the whole company was brilliant. Even after a small hickup it was sorted quickly and professional, well done to everyone concerned.

The first panels were damaged, and was impressed with the way they sent me 2 new ones without any hassle. Very impressed 👍👍

I order PTFE sheet. It arrived in time, well packed. The quality was super it was cheapest I found on line. I do a lot of shopping on internet and this time I can say I am100% satisfied with product and service.

I needed clear 3mm acrylic strips of a certain length and width. The ordering was straight forward and easy to complete. Ordered on a Monday morning and delivery was in the morning the next day, excellent service. Will use Bay Plastics again.

Ordered the Novus plastic polish set on the Sunday evening, it arrived on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, one of the lids on on of the polish bottle’s had com off in transit and was completely empty. A quick call to them and another complete set was delivered on the Wednesday morning.
Never had customer service like this, totally amazed! Highly recommended

I only wanted some plastic fascia cladding and this had the size I needed. After ordering, they said the size was out of stock but offered slightly larger size, which worked just as well. Easy delivery.

Had a problem with a order sorted straight away, great service.

Easy to order, delivered very quickly, very easy transaction. Very pleased overall.

Quick response to my inquiry complete with a good knowledge of the product they were quoting for
& keen pricing.
Delivery was before the quoted date.
great service from inquiry, quotation, order acknowledgment & delivery.

Excellent. Needed an urgent mirror replacement for our caravan and decided a Perspex one was far safer than glass. Ordered on the Thursday, arrived the following Sunday. Quality is great as well.

We had problems with our shipping company, but other than that Mike was very good at assisting us even though it was our issues.

Spoke to friendly and knowledge staff. Goods dispatched promptly and very well wrapped.
Good quality cut on the acrylic ordered.

A small order placed online but with an error on my part was quickly remedied by a phone call. Friendly and efficient response with correction of order. Sent the next morning and arrived very shortly afterwards.
