This was my first order with Plasticstockist.com and I am very pleased that I did.
From start to finish the ordering process was very simple and I was updated regularly.
My piece arrived well packaged and once opened there wasn't a mark or ding on it and cut to my specs.
I will be using them again in the future for any other plastic orders I need.

IR Filtering Plastic Sheets - Small Order - Excellent Service
This was a small order for me to adapt a flashgun to be used with a camera IR filter. Cut to the exact size I requested. Clear website. Prompt delivery. It's a sign of a good supplier that they look after the small orders with as much attention as they might be expected to devote to the big ones.

Hello Andreas, thank you for your feedback.
Firstly, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay of this delivery. We understand that the goods have now been received at your works.
We have performed a thorough internal investigation into the cause of the delay and found that the goods were sourced, produced, and shipped within your allotted time frame. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the goods have been delayed in transit due to an issue at customs. We promptly provided any information requested by the customs agents in an effort to expedite the release of the goods, however this stage is out of our hands, and we are wholly reliant on how fast the customs agents deal with our requests.
We would once again like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you that lessons have been learned during this process, and the identified training needs have been addressed.
Kind Regards
Michael Currell – Managing Director
