Two weeks for delivery!!!
I ordered my battery nearly a week ago and Evri still have it. I've been told by customer services to wait 10-15 days for delivery! In my opinion this is not good enough.

Skeptical turned to impressed!
I was a bit skeptical about ordering from here at first as I have never heard of this company before. I was desperate for a new laptop battery so I took the leap and ordered one. Could not be more impressed. Service is incredible! I made a mistake on the shipping address so after ordering, I emailed straight away and I got a response almost immediately! They corrected my mistake and it was dispatched the next day. It arrived in the post a only a few days later. Perfectly packaged. Once installed into my laptop, it had nearly 85% battery. Haven't used my laptop much yet as it has only arrived today but we will see. Cannot fault this company!

Delivery & updates were very good
Delivery & updates were very good, however rather disappointed in the actual battery.
The existing battery was down to about 1¾ hours, from the initial life of about 4½ hours. Didn't expect the full 4+ hours from the new battery, but had hoped for a significant longer life than the battery it was replacing.
To be generous I may be getting about 20-25% longer life (using logs from BatMon software logs) but that's all. Could have stayed with the old battery based on that extra life and saved money. Waited this long to give the battery about 1 week of running to give a fair review

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Battery arrived 24 hours after ordering complete with all tools needed to access laptop and fit. Looks exactly like the old battery and fitted without problems in 30 minutes even though it was my first time doing it. Only the first day but appears to be working well. Would have been perfect if fitting instructions had been included, but those were easy to find on the internet. Would certainly recommend.

Unacceptable packaging and delivery
I ordered a battery for my Laptop Dell. Shipment supported by DHL. I received it a few days later delivered by An Post (Irish Post), delivered or rather thrown into the mailbox and fell on the ground. A part of the battery to be screwed in was broken due to almost non-existent packaging. It is a total lack of professionalism and customer respect. I alerted the seller with photographs in support and was offered a partial refund of 8% or about 4 €. Who makes fun of this company? I strongly advise against ordering from them, it's not serious at all.
