Had an issue with website and needed to cancel a couple of items I emailed the customer service team in the evening and Kelsey in Customer Service responded to me before 8am the next day sorting out items and confirming everything for me. Great Customer service.

Had a problem with a damaged vanity unit.
Called them straightaway and sent a picture of the damage.
Muhammad Dealt with the issue straight away and another unit should be arriving tomorrow.
So far so good. Just hope the replacement is OK.

Happy with the overall service. Haider was very helpful and handled my order query efficiently.

Easy ordering quick delivery and great product.

Buying was easy, prices for the equipment great, delivery was when they said it would be and the quality was excellent. The only issue I had was when I unboxed the vanity unit I found where some fixings where fitted holding the unit together the finished surface of the unit had cracked and become loose, whether this was due to over tightening of the fixings I can say. Luckily the damage was were no one would notice. If it had not been for this issue it would certainly have been a 5 star rating

Spoke on telephone to hailer Jamil about some queries I needed answered, the guy was very helpful on what I needed to know, and explained clearly about the items and prices, which left me contented with the conversation.

Incomplete order .In this instance the unit that was delivered was of no use without the unit that wasn’t delivered . A quick phone call would have let me know the situation and would have prevented your drivers running around the countryside delivering half orders , which now have to be repeated again later in the week !

Amazing quality items and great customer service. The only issue is you have to arrange costs of returns yourself as a customer, but I was able to drop off the unwanted/wrong items directly to the warehouse to avoid postage costs - which are very high as expected for heavy ceramic items
