my order (2023030478) has only been partially delivered, i contacted customer services via their online form over 10 times as well as followed up with numerous emails. There is complete lack of response.I have not received my complete order nor my money back.I do not recommend this company to anyone that is trying to have smoot and reliable service.

Sent a tap with parts missing from the box and then tried to make out it wasn’t their fault even though the box had been opened and taped up with their company tape. I had to get my money back via my credit card company in the end. I would strongly recommend using another supplier. They are based in France and only communicate by email until they stop communicating! If you do use them ensure you pay by credit card if over £100 and keep a record of all email communication. They told me to claim under the manufacturer’s guarantee for not supplying all the parts - joke company who I hope go bust - spread the word far and wide.

I placed an order on Mano-mano Pro and unfortunately these utter scum bags were the suppliers.
One item was a toilet with all the fixtures and fittings. This has been installed by my fitter, but when it came to the toilet seat (packaged in separate cardboard) we opened the box and broken plastic scattered out. The hinge of the toilet seat was smashed on 1 side but there was zero damage to the box it came in.
Now don't be fooled into thinking this supplier will send you a replacement should something like this happen to you!
I was asked to supply photos of the packaging and the toilet seat, which I did, via email. Their response to this was requesting a photo of the "protections and the packaging" I have no idea what that means, the main toilet is now installed so the packaging to that has gone!? I've been told that because I cannot supply this a replacement will not be sent.
I've asked them to escalate my request and have someone call me but obviously there was no response to this!
Beware of this supplier. They suck!

As I placed the order I was advised that order will be with me in 7 days. However I keprt being told that its going to be despatched in the next 2 days. Fingers crossed it'll arrive without issues, as the customer services are not helpfull at all. There is no number to call and no way to get in touch appart from email. You will be lucky to get the responce next day.

Not a UK company even the T&C say French Law Applies...I wanted to return something because i believe it didnt do what it was supposed to. They said it does and i have to install it to make it do said thing. I installed it and it didnt do it. They then said because i installed it I was not allowed to return in. I thought luckily i purchased through ManoMano they would cover me...yes they did make them accept the return but i had to pay postage back (dont mind that £15 postage i am not unreasonable)...but then Bathroom to Kitchen would charge me £18 for returning the item. so on a £45 item i would get £12 back. Disgusting company. NOT UK Based. check there own web site French Laws apply according to them (laughable) based out of office building in london.

THEY STATED A WEEK FOR DELIVERY.
RECEIVED TOILET AFTER A WEEK PLUS,
THE CISTERN AND FLUSH PLATEHAS BEEN SENT TO ITALY, INSTEAD OF LONDON.
THE COMPANY IS UNAWARE AND THEY STATE ITS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
AND! THAT IS AFTER 3 DAYS OF TRYING TO LOCATE ITS WHEREABOUTS OURSELVES DESPERATELY.

WE REQUESTED, PLEASE CALL US. BUT! NO RESPONSE.
IT'S ABSOLUTELY APPALING. WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM, PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING.
