Not efficient customer service. We had to return item due to wrong color match and it is proven to be time consuming whereas we dealt with so many other companies that are very effective in any matters. If we knew we would have purchased from other suppliers.

Even 1 star is too much. Was sent the wrong toilet frame 5 weeks ago - still no resolution. I have to keep chasing; all communication is over email as there’s no phone number. Items are shipped from France (!). Go with Victoria Plumbing - impeccable customer service!

We needed to return the item, and they were very helpful and facilitated the return.

I ordered a shower tray; it was of very poor quality with a large hole for any waste. I separately purchased waste was both expensive and too long; it can't be installed in any flat in London.Moreover, the customer service was sarcastic and not polite at all. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything again.

Our product was as described on the website. Their prices are very competitive and the packaging was very good. I would buy from them again if I have the need

I ordered a Geberit duofix toilet frame and I am very happy with it. It was cheaper than elsewhere, is a genuine product and delivery was very fast. Especially as it came from France to northern Ireland. My local bathroom store had tried and failed to source one for me, plus it was costing a lot more with them.
Max from customer service called after delivery to ensure everything was ok with my order, that it arrived on time, in good condition and was as expected. The personal touch was very nice. I would order from bathroom2kitchen again. I am a very happy customer. Thank you

good price and wide selection. Everything came from France on different shipments so was a bit odd. Didn't have any issues so cant speak to customer service but on price and quality of product they were great

Great prices, quality product and delivery easy to track.

Can't comment on the product as it never got out of the box. Realised it wasn't going to work in the design I asked to return for a refund.
As this was outside of the 14 days return policy the company refused. I appealed to their better nature but just got a blank refusal.
The company have acted within the scope if their T&C but I'm disappointed they would help me out on this occasion. On this basis I have given the 1 star review.

quick delivery as stated at order. Only small issue with tracking the parcel (was probably problem on parcel service and not Bathroom2kithcen as parcel service keep going in error mode, when tried to track), however arrived exactly on day, they promised when ordered, well packed and with no damage.
Purchased at good price and with earliest delivery that I found on market.

Everything went good, our seat was a bit delayed and not incuded in the package, but I e-mailed them, they responded in the same day with a tracking link and in few days I have received the missing item.
They had the best price for the Geberit set: the slim frame, toilet and seat. I recommend them. 👌

Great product availability and pricing, Took a while ( far longer than I expected) for the order to move from confirmed to shipped which meant I had to move some schedules around but that's life I suppose. I will plan to order earlier when I use them next time.
