I'm amazed that this entity even gets one positive review. I ordered shoes (around 90 euros), but it took 3 weeks to get them, not even in a shoebox, and the quality and fit are so bad that I cannot imagine anyone could wear them. The customer service is even worse. The only way to return these shoes is to a non-existing address. Somewhere hidden in this entity is the idea of shipping them back to China (closing around 30 euros), but as previously mentioned, the address does not even exist. The reviews on Trustpilot are all fake, and I want to let you know: don't fall into this trap; it's a hoax and a scam, and they're not even trying to resolve things.

falsche Alpha Kicks in 44 + 10 cm geliefert
Ich habe die Alpha Kicks in 44 + 10 cm bestellt. nach 6 Wocken kamen diese dann bei mir an. der erste Eindruck ich ganz ok. Doch dann die Ernüchterung: Ich bin nur 6 cm größer. E-mails und anfragen über die Webseitennachrichtenfunktion bleiben unbeantwortet. Dann Paypal eingeschaltet und reklamiert. 20% Nachlass wurden angeboten. Unendlicher Mailverkehr Rücksendung nach China wurde gefordert (nicht nach Holland) 20 % Abzug vom Kaufpreis sollte einbehalten werden, vielleicht brauche ich auch nur eine andere Einlegesohle (jedenfalls musste ich diese jetzt ausmessen).

Mega Reinfall und Betrug. Man meint die Ware käme aus der Schweiz, dabei ist es ein Billigprodukt aus China und falls die Schuhe nicht passen, kann man die Retourkosten selber übernehmen. Dass solche unseriösen Unternehmen in Europa Waren anbieten dürfen, ist für mich unbegreiflich. Leider habe ich erst im Nachhinein festgestellt, dass diese Firma gar kein Impressum hat, hätte ich das vorher bemerkt, wäre es niemals zu dieser Bestellung gekommen.

Basel Trend ist ein billig shop aus China und soll Schweizer Qualität aufzeigen. Es hat Wochen gedauert, bis meine Bestellung ankam. Nach einer Retoure mit der falschen Größe wurde mir angeboten, ich kann die Ware, auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken und bekomme dann eine andere Größe. Die Gebühren für ein Päckchen nach China, sind allerdings genau so teuer wie die Ware. Man stellte sich quer und verwies auf die Konditionen. Nicht bestellen.
