Bart proxies is a terrible proxy company. They resold the same subnet to me and a couple of friends and when we opened a ticket they kicked all of us and banned us from their discord. I charged back successfully and won the dispute. Please STAY FAR AWAY FROM BART PROXIES. There are tons of better companies out there. Read the comments and do your DUE DILEGENCE!

Horrible company and practices. Sells reused isp proxies and subnets. After exposing this in their discord server Bart just banned us all and didnt provide any refund or compensation. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Been using Bart proxies for over a year now, Thought everything was fine but up intill the last month it was downhill from there. He did a massive drop for V2 TELUS ISPs and probably made easily 100k in sales within 10 minutes. On top of that 90% of people needed to wait over a week to get the product they paid for. Fast forward to day of delivery the ISP's didn't even work the first drop. Everyone started complaining because they weren't even official Canadian Telus ISPs, they were basically USA ISPs geolocated to Toronto Canada. He told everyone to wait 1-2 weeks for them to be "marinated" and they would be perfectly fine. Come now 3-4 weeks after purchase they have yet to work for a single drop. They are all banned/unusable on Walmart Canada which 99% of people purchase them for and he said they were guaranteed to work. Which he has since then removed everything off the website and his discord group stating they are working on Walmart and now says they are not guaranteed to work. While withinthat 30 days if you spoke badly or sad anything regarding these proxies in his discord. he would just ban you from it. Bart has terrible business practice and it took 2-3 people catching him in 4k not double but triple selling the same "Private Subnet" ranges for all of this to hit the fan. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I have since contacted my bank and got my money back from this freak. Terrible customer service, terrible business practice.

They reused my IPs on my subnet without consent and sold it to others, they also falsely advertised their service as canadian ips, when I raised concerns they banned me from their Discord instead of resolving anything. Had to dispute $748.83 through my bank because of their deception.

Stay away. They will take your money, lie about what you’re getting, and silence you when you complain.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they resold subnet to multiple people claiming it was 100% private and don’t even get me started on what he gave us even tho promising us its the original sub that was given before working on other sites. Hes a liar and a scum.

So Bart has helped me get all the online pokemon drops and walmart drops i could ever want because of there super stable isps and resis Ive tried many differnet Proxies but Bart works the best in my opinion and dont see my self switching anytime soon And The support in this server is unbeatable they are super helpful!

I've been using BART for about four months now, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. Their AT&T ISP Residential proxies have been phenomenal for me—fast, reliable, and consistently delivering great results. Their residential proxies have also been top-notch and have made a noticeable difference in my workflow.

On top of that, their customer service has been outstanding. I recently reached out for a price match on a subnet, and not only did they match the competitor's price, they beat it by another 10%. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.

I've been using BART for 6 months now and have nothing but great things to say about them. The Comcast and ATT ISP resis are phenominal for me and continue to produce success.. the Resi's are top notch and have helped me greatly.

Really great proxies. Honestly, bartproxies is probably the best proxy service I've used currently. To start off, the price matching service is insane, I was able to save tons when buying their rotating residential proxies. The ISP's work really good for most of the sites I use like Pokemon Center. Additionally, the service / customer support is really good. Whenever I create a ticket for help or for questions, someone always answers within like two hours, and solves the problem or issue. Overall, 10/10 great proxy service, would recommend

All these 5 stars are fake. i bought 25 ISP proxies, and they sent me 25 exact same proxy (1 proxy only - 25 times), not even ISP, data-center ip, i reached out to customer service for refund, they told me no refunds, and called me stupid. what a joke company, not even company scam site. do not even buy anything from them

UK Proxies down for estimation 3-4 hours, when i complain to the discord server, they told me it cannot be replace because it is small outages. LOL?

your website main page clearly told us 99.9% uptime, 99.9% uptime is no more than 40 minutes downtime per month!

Great proxy performance. Fast speeds, reliable connections, and good success rates. Setup was straightforward and customer support was responsive when I had questions. Overall, a solid experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

price match is insane, very great resi for bulk work have had 0 problem with it on a lot of sites. ISP is also amazing with their price and how much I can scale. Don't really know what's up with people complaining about isp getting clipped, it happens to every proxy service. Customer service is also on point, I feel bad for being the one to respond slower to them despite having over 3k clients. Would recommend if looking for proxy service

Customer service and the pricing is unmatched. Literally, they will beat any competitor. Also, when I need assistance, I get it very quickly. They swapped me for a new set of IPs very quickly and they worked perfectly for my application. The owner is very responsive and involved in the day-to-day. They integrate well with my business and keep it running smoothly. Reliability is key! I will say, that their website is very professional and user-friendly. I can add more services or make requests myself. I literally have no issues with them and would recommend to anyone!

best proxy company works on all sites better then competition. the prices are reasonable and the staff are very helpful also have a great community in discord!! highly recommend

Price match is great.

Everything else is terrible. Don't try to use these proxies for anything you want. If you need a cheap resi provider to monitor for some reason or to do any unimportant task, BART is your guy. If you're trying to get in a queue and stay there, look somewhere else. If you want ISP speed, also look somewhere else. Support will try to gaslight you and tell you it's how it's supposed to be but try literally any other provider and you'll see a clear difference.

I bought a subnet last month and it honestly was terrible quality. I tried to cancel 10 days before the renewal but first of all custom invoice subnets don't show up on their dashboard so I never got a confirmation email, and I never got access to a portal like stripe to cancel from there. There is no way for you to cancel a custom invoice that auto renews without talking to support.

I opened a discord support ticket, said I wanted to cancel and was waiting on an admin to cancel for DAYS. If you don't check in multiple times a day to click a reaction button, the ticket will auto close on you. First of all, this makes no sense because im waiting on YOU the company to respond, why are you auto closing tickets every 12 hours if you dont respond in the allotted time frame. I opened 3 tickets BEFORE the renewal date before they finally said on the third ticket it was cancelled. Then I got a charge for renewal the next day....

I'm now on my 4th ticket, providing all the information, and they have not responded with a solution or refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

update: they kicked me from the server and no confirmation for a refund...

update 2: Their reply is so funny. I have proof of tickets being created 3 times before renewal and I also NEVER threatened a CB. I multiple tickets BECAUSE THEY WOULD AUTO CLOSE BEFORE A RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPORT. I did not create multiple tickets because I was told of the cancellation policy and that I wouldn't be refunded. Not a single thing in their reply is true.

I did initiate a CB and won it EASILY with the proof I had once they kicked me (the type of unprofessionalism no other proxy company has, espcially after how nice I was about the situation). Absolute terrible support and now even the owner is lying in trustpilot replies like I dont have receipts. Look at all the recent reviews. We arent ALL lying. Their owner is emotional and lying through his teeth. And of course instead of rectifying the situation by trying to contact me in any way to see the proof of the 3 tickets I created, they are trying to save themselves on here like there isn't a huge banner warning that they incentivize reviews lol.

By the way the "repeated abusive behavior" they speak of is me @ pinging them every time THEIR inactivity pop up comes up to force close the ticket due to inactivity if there isnt a response in the ticket. Imagine that! Imagine a customer wanted the support to actually reply in a timely manner so that their own auto ticket doesnt close the ticket for the 4th, 5th, 6th time etc because THEY DONT RESPOND. My last message that got me kicked after being so incredibly polite the entire time is as a follows

"Not trying to be annoying here but its been 10+ days and 4 tickets at this point and im getting charged like this is a rebill tactic.

You have my email, the auth token, you can see my ticket from may 8th, may 13th, may 16th asking for cancellation. Id like to close this ticket out rather than check this discord multiple times a day to keep open a ticket. It shouldn't even fall on me to keep open a ticket when im waiting for a response."

That's the last message I sent at the end after being fed up that got twisted into "threatening CB", "abusive replies", "breaching guidelines" etc. If they do this to me as a group owner, imagine what they do to YOU as a regular customer. And shame on all the other groups that do group buys with these guys.

DO BETTER BART

I am writing this honest and detailed review, wasting my precious time, just to express myself about their behavior and bad service, let me tell you accurately the situation in here.

1) The proxies became very unstable, the more time passes the more unstable they get, this was not an issue caused by my setup, i was using some proxies on a mini pc at home and some in a costly dedicated server, the problem persisted, a lot of people on their discord was complaining about "proxies not working" and all they was saying is "no, they work fine", they seem work but try to keep doing requests, look how many succeeds and how many fails and FIX them!

2) They advertise their proxies being private but it's completely false, we are an 8 people community which was buying proxies from bart, we was getting the same ips distributed to more than 1 person at the same time, after complaining about it in the support they said "impossible! it should not happen!" And after providing them with the proofs they completely disappeared for days and silently closed the support ticket. it's been years and this still happens, is not a bug, and even if it is they are too lazy to fix it seems.

3) The support team is moody, sometimes they reply to your request instantly sometimes they ignore you for 2 days, but they ignore only you because if you use an alt account to ask something or tell a friend to to so, they reply to them instantly while keeping yourself in hold, i had to publicly complain on their discord all the times to get their attention.

4) Disgusting marketing, they delete all of the messages on their discord server that could cause problems, not saying messages that tells lies but honest issues or complaints, they ban you pretty easily from the discord server if they think you deserve it while you were just complaining to get what you have paid for. Additionally, they give monetary compensation (10$ for a review) or free proxies for making good trustpilot reviews which is against trustpilot TOS and should be reported as these reviews are not genuine.

5) The support team is incoherent, if you ask Bart (owner) if their proxies works with a specific website he says yes, if you ask conbonz (another support guy) he says is not supported, decide yourselves guys!

6) They advertise native and clean ips, they are really native yes but had 99 abuse score and i had to complain for hours to get a replacement.

7) An incident happened and they just took my money without the chance of change anything. Basically, i was running several applications on those proxies, one repository in particular was silently performing illegal activities without me knowing, once i have noticed it, i have stopped using it immediately, 3 days after they came and removed all of the good range proxies i had saying i did illegal stuff with them, i explained everything but all they did was giving me datacenter ips and banning me from their discord server, after some days, i literally did nothing but then they came to my email begging me to not make a bad review on trutpilot because it "damages their business" ok but you have ruined MY business by taking all the proxies away from me and blocking me on discord, this review is honest and well deserved. I thankfully was able to get those ips back thanks by their automatic bot at least on some tokens to squeeze everything i could out of them before they expired and now i'm here.

On that email they sent me to beg me to not make a bad review they wanted to talk with me, i just said them i wanted a refund but they have never replied and of course never gave that asked refund.

Extra: they advertise "at&t clean proxies" but when you check, their ASN is Windstream and not AT&T, so this is false advertising too!

Don't even try sending me an email begging me to remove this because i got tired of you and my bad experience should stay visible to everyone without any discussion.

Their IPs are worst of the lot. Don't buy, all fake promises and customer support is worst.

Terrible proxy provider, it used to be good, but nowadays it's not worth it anymore.
The owner, "Bart," lies to customers, promising one thing and delivering something completely different. When you message them to buy a package from the company, everyone responds quickly, but after you complete the purchase, they ignore you for days. To get any kind of support, you practically have to humiliate yourself before them.

Most of the positive reviews here are 'bought.' On their Discord server, there's a post stating that anyone who gives a positive review to BartProxies on TrustPilot receives credits to use on their products. But don't be fooled, I'm not a competitor, and I've bought many proxies from them in the past. It's not worth it anymore; the quality is terrible. Even buying the best packages, they will deliver datacenter proxies already used by other customers, with a fraud score of 50%+, totally dishonest.
