Been using this proxy provider for more than 7 months , They have best proxy with good latency at economic price. Customer support is good and they have wide range of proxies. So Overall experience is positive for me

1, I have Been using Bart since I started botting, helpful in picking the right proxies for pkc, swapping out lists if and when issues arise. 2 have done business with them since Chaos Rising pkc Etbs. 3. proxy price is very reasonable. 4. reasonable pricing and list swapping is what makes them stand apart from other companies.

owner just does whatever he wants really, does not respond in timely manner. just performs migrations on servers whenever he wants, no heads up

proxies will be down for an eternity, where is he? who knows but you'll get a response 10 hours later!!!!!!

Been with BART since Feb 2026. My experience? Increasingly annoying, honestly—all because of these constant proxy outages and how support deals with 'em.

My proxies keep dropping. This latest one? Over 12 hours now. I hit up support, and they told me to cut back on concurrency or switch to user mode auth. But here's the thing: I'm running just one instance per proxy, no extra workloads or threads. Zero. And all my other proxies are humming along just fine. So, yeah, it feels like this needs a real look, not just blaming my setup right off the bat.

What really grinds my gears is the total lack of a clear explanation, real troubleshooting, or even an ETA for a fix. Customers shouldn't have to keep chasing support just to get a paid service working again. It's ridiculous.

I've been a customer since February. I kinda expected better reliability and support by now. Look, I get it—tech issues pop up with any service. But this recurring downtime, plus responses that totally miss the actual problem? Makes it super hard to trust BART.

Hope BART actually takes these complaints seriously, digs into the root cause, and makes both proxy reliability and customer support way better. Until that happens, I just can't recommend it to anyone with a straight face.

I have used these proxies for many months. I love both the ISPs + resi proxies they perform great. On top of that the owner and staff are great people. I think they are the best proxy company!

Have been running Bart Proxies for some time now and have had good success on limited SNKR drops. Over the last month, I have been using their mobile proxies which does really well on retail drops. Highly recommend Bart Proxies!!

Most important for me is customer service is very responsive when i have questions or issues. It's been a little tough lately with all the changes but I've been using resi's, mobile and regular isps to continue making money.

I have been using Bart off and on since 2021, and I can reliably say that amidst all the companies and different products within the space, they have remained consistent and affordable. As the market has changed, Bart has been quick to adapt, they have amazing support, and affordable prices (with regular coupon code offerings).

I have been using them for over a year. Switched from another proxy provider and have had so much more success on retail botting. Amazing Customer Service! A++ all around when someone asks me who i use, i don't hesitate to tell them BART.

Speeds aren't as advertised - Much slower (i.e. 165ms+). I tried their chat, but no response. Their discord server wouldn't let me in without fully verifying my phone number (I tried but it kept erroring out), and I submitted a contact form, still to no avail.

Horrible experience so far. If you're going to run a company and advertise certain speeds, you should be able to deliver.
