ALLERGIC TO CHICKEN
I have enjoyed the Bark boxes while we have gotten them. Since my Senior Dig’s death in April, I requested no chicken items be included because our other dog who just turned 2 in July is allergic to chicken. In this box, there were 2 chicken items in it. Bark box has said they will send something else to replace it. I had switched to the “All treat Box” the past few months because Jewelz is going through a “rip open phase”!

The toys were great but one of them was…
The toys were great but one of them was not at all durable and had a hole in it within the first hour of the dogs playing with it. Disappointing but every other Bark Box we have received has been perfect.

Bark Box--best customer service!!!
Bark Box has THE best customer service and other companies should take note. Twice I gave them specific feedback: once about a toy and the other was their birthday box. I received a response from them pretty quickly to ask me how they could make it right. Both times I said I didn't want anything and both times they sent me a replacement anyway. Their emails we get from a dog's perspective are pretty damn funny. There's always toys on sale. They're an amazing company! And affordable!

My dogs love getting their barbox every…
My dogs love getting their barbox every month. And customer service is awesome. If there is any problem at all with your barkbox they will make it right you can add if your dog has allergies and so they won't get the treats that they are allergic to. Also customer service is so happy to help if you received a toy that is not a doggie favorite. But they have so many.customizing options that its hard to get a toy that is not liked. I have had no bad experiences with barkbox...they one and only issue i do have is my dog is obsessed with the pugin spice latte toy and hes small and barkbox only carries the larger option now...so idk what I am.going to do when he needs a new one...so that is the only issue i have had..other than that we all love barbox over here

Love the toys and treats
Love the toys and treats. A Harry Potter theme is so perfect. My only complaint, if there was one, would be wishing the box was shipped more quickly. But the mailman brought it to the door and personally delivered it to our little guy. Turns out, he has a blue heeler at home. So…can I really complain when that made our puppy’s day? Nah. We love Bark Box.

Love my Marley Bears Barkbox
Love my Marley Bears Barkbox! Used to get it for many years for my 3 doodles and they loved it too! Marley Bear knows what it is when it comes and gets so excited and tries to open it herself:-) Great company with quality toys and treats!!

We love the toys
We love the toys, treats and dental stick each month. It’s fun to see what we get. Marley ends up getting down to the durable toy every time, chewing off the outsides and straps that have come on the toys. But we keep the durable part! They have survived!

Great company for all dogs.
The company really stands behind its products and promises. The toys are made of quality materials and are meant to be played with. Even the tough toy destroyers will find some thing they will love. And if you have a problem or question the company is just a quick text or email away from helping you until you are totally satisfied. I would recommend Bark to every one.
