The product is what you can expect of a 200,- soundbar. It works, gives a bit more oompf to the sound, yet the quality is somewhat poor. The lightweight of the product, the fact that you get hooked cables when there is hardly space on the product to hook them all in, the wobbly footsupport all give a cheap feel of the product. Don't get me wrong, you get what you pay for. It is an ok product, yet if you want to have a cinema experience or want a deep musical experience this product falls short.

As other reviews also stated, the return policy is something that feels somewhat fraudulent. The 30days no good, full return policy which they show on the website does not exist. If you want to return your product because it doesn't fit your wishes or requirements there are two options. 1. They pay you 20% of the money back and you keep the product; 2. You pay the shipping cost and are liable for the any shipping damages, and they might return 80% of the price after inspection.
Both completely go against the Dutch law of "kopen op afstand" which states that every consumer has a 14 day periode of "bedenktijd", time you can experience if the product fits your needs. It also states a product can ALWAYS be returned for full refund if done within 14 days of receiving the product.

I am currently in the process of returning the product. It is a hell of a job to get the shipping information and it feels they are really reluctant to let products be send back, let alone refund the product completely. I might update this review if this process starts to flow more comfortably or if the outcome is different.

For now: know what you buy. You get what you pay for, these are no high-end products. My personal advice would be pay a little more for reknown brands.

Waited several weeks for soundbar to arrive. When it did, it didn't work. No sound at all. Bariveo asked me to send them a step-by-step video showing how I had connected it. I did so. They claimed they could not open the video so I could not have a refund. I could open the video easily.

After several emails they offered me a choice: accept a 30 per cent refund and keep the (useless) soundbar, or send it to an address in China at my expense, where it would be examined.

I will never deal with this business again and, based on my experience, I would advise people to avoid them.

Utterly useless product. It works so getting money back isn’t an option. Sound is poor. Controls are clunky. Do not buy. Their website is a scam.

Wenn Rückschein gewünscht werden Angaben gefordert die ich nie bekommen habe und restlicher Mailverkehr mit selbstlöschenden Mails geschrieben. Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten nach China und dann noch 15% Bearbeitung. Wieder eine neue Masche Schrott als Gold zu verkaufen

Slecht product. Het is oplichting. Ze publiceren zelfs neptest waarbij ze er goed uit komen.

Received soundbar.... Poor quality and sound. Contacted company via email twice and no response.... Having read their reviews, I believe they are fake... Will take action to get my monies bach

Received the sound bar unit for my tv nothing happens , going back over details the hand unit they have sent bears NO resemblance to the one displayed , cant lodge a complaint as the web sight not that accessible for complaints , so if you can help , ta BUT NOT BLOODY HAPPY spent $299 for some thing that does not work due to the fact they sent me WRONG remote , regards stan Tumu
