Bariveo 

It was a fascinating exercise in creating a false market. They put it out that it was a good product and they had a 30day Guaranteed return. The zinger (which I can’t believe I fell for) was only a handful left in stock in the UK. It came in time for Christmas, I wrapped it for my son, and when he opened it he said he had one that was much better now. I said no problem I’d give him the cash instead when I got my refund. That’s where the scam took off. There was no return address. Nothing on their website. I had to send several emails before I got a reaction. And that was:
1. Try our product it’s great
2. I said no I want a refund
3. Why don’t you like our product?
4. My son had one that was better (and I didn’t know). I want a refund.
5. It’s a great product — keep it and we’ll show you goodwill by giving you a 10% discount
It got worse from there. Anyway, I have reported them for fraud. Do not make my mistake. Always check TrustPilot before buying!

This is a terrible company and awful product, I had purchased a soundbar and the buttons on the unit did not work but the remote control does but in all honesty the unit is garbage, the sound does not even go as load as the volume on tv. Because the buttons did not work on the unit we wanted to return and also the unit is definitely not something we wanted to keep anyway. Contacted the company and (Oliver) answered back within 24 hours and requested a video and pictures on setting up the soundbar, we sent back requested info immediately and the next day received an email again asking if we received his email requesting the information, we found that odd that he did not receive because it sent properly when done the first time but upon his request we resent all info again. Now we are not receiving anymore emails at all. I realize now we have been scammed and are only doing this review to inform people to not deal with this company and to spread the word because he is ripping people off continuously. I wish I would have come to this site (trust pilot) sooner and looked at all the reviews because Bariveo’s site makes them look fantastic and they have a great product which they do not. So do not believe anything on the Bariveo site and be sure if you know of anyone else who is looking to buy from them to just stay away. I wish that I could of given no stars as rating because that is what they deserve.
I would like to update my review I messaged a web site that was reviewing the top 5 soundbars and rating Bariveo #1 and I messaged the writer because of my experience with this soundbar, this is the message I received back. I was blocked from sending anymore emails and this message was received from a link to Bariveo. I wish I could actually post the copied reply back but trustpiolet does not allow links posted.

Clearly the owner of the Bariveo website is the owner of this Top 5 Soundbars site that is reviewing himself because this is the message I sent on that review to the writer. I hope that this review has been helpful to anyone thinking about purchasing from this website.”

I am writing to you based on the review that you gave for the Bariveo soundbar, first of all I find it absolutely impossible to review this soundbar as being better than a sonos arc with the price difference of $349 and $1799 there is no comparison. Also I can personally say that I purchased a Bariveo ultra soundbar and had the worst experience with the company and the unit itself is garbage, my TV speakers are loader than the soundbar and the unit I had received had broken buttons on the soundbar and could only be used with the remote so in turn wanted to send the unit back to the company and this is where the company is scamming people (Oliver) refusing to honour his malfunction return guarantee and is now ghosting me. The reason for this long email is to explain the product and company that you are promoting. I can also say that I have heard the Sonos Arc because my son has that soundbar and it nowhere compares to the Bariveo. With all this said and myself coming to your site to purchase the Bariveo based on your review I am extremely disappointed and sad to say I was scammed. I would suggest that you go to trustpilot and read some of the reviews on this company and product because I sure wish I would have before purchasing. I hope this message is informative and maybe you can do some research yourself would hate to see you promoting a scam.

Looks like a total scam!!!

I ordered an ultra soundbar online, then thought I should do some research. Upon reading all these negative reviews , I must say that I was prepared for the worst.
However, much to my surprise, one week later the soundbar arrived, was easy to install, looks and sounds good. No complaints at all. You get what you pay for … if this isn’t good enough for you, then go for a £900 Sonos soundbar; or similar.
Whoever says this website is a scam is way off the mark. It’s definitely genuine ( as I found out by accident !).

Ordered bariveo ultra sound bar, not been able to track and now not able to contact so called shop, I’m now certain I have been scammed be aware do not order from this site unless you want to be scammed!!!!!!!!!

Falskt produkt og annonsering og lite villig til å ta retur. De driver på flere språk og lurer folk i mange land. De burde ikke få en stjerne en gang. Det tilkommer toll for import og man må betale for frakt til Kina i tillegg til å måtte betale for returhåndtering. HOLD DEG UNNA!

I bought Bariveo® Ultra Soundbar on the 14/11/2025, order no. 1466. I have never received the item. On contacting Bariveo they have instructed me to contact the delivery company that they used, YODEL. According to Yodel, they delivered the item to my front door and left it there, and took a picture as a proof of delivery, and told me to contact Bariveo. My front door is publicly assemble to everyone, and obviously somebody just picked up an unattended parcel and took it away. After contacting Bariveo again, they just sent me a proof that they posted the idem to my address and refused to send a replacement item or issue a refund. At the end, I never received an item or refund. I don't want anybody else to have a similar experience, so please stay well away from Bariveo and their delivery partner Yodel.

Halusin perua kaupat ja saada rahani takaisin.
Lähetin sähköpostia ja kyselin miten toimitaan niin tarjottiin 17 euron alennusta tai palautuksen joutuisin itse maksamaan 40 euron kulut. Vastasin maksavani palautuksen ja antavani netissä tietoa heidän toiminnastaan niin yhteydenpito loppui siihen.

Awful company ! Awful product! Do not order. Have exchanged many emails trying to return product. Have offered me 10% to keep, now 20%. Keep telling meni cant return until they tell meni can at a cost of shipping to me plus an extra 20% on top...absolutely shocking. Reviews on website are fake. Scammer

Habe nach dem Kauf sofort einen Wiederuf gestartet (1 Stunde später) da ich über diese negativen Bewertungen hier gestolpert bin und habe mir die Seite auf der die Soundbar beworben wird etwas genauer angeschaut, das die kein Impressum hat und mit org endet kam mir Im Nachgang auch schon komisch vor. Das bestätigte sich dann mit empfangenen Mail, vom Hersteller auf englisch: Der Artikel ist schon raus geschickt und der Kauf kann nicht widerrufen werden außer ich zahle 20% als Gebühr für den Wiederruf (kurz zusammengefasst). Paypal Käuferschutz mit eingeschaltet, mit Bezahlung nach 30 Tagen. Dann einige Mails hin und her zwischen Verkäufer und mir, mit immer dem selben Ergebnis. Der Wiederruf wird in keinster Weise akzeptiert, die Ware kann nicht zurück gerufen werden (obwohl keine Sendungsnummer und so weit während des ersten Kontaktes vor lag), ich solle die Ware doch bitte annehmen da sie ansonsten an ein Lagerhaus der Firma zurück geht und zerstört wird da nicht die korrekte Addresse angegeben ist. Also alles absolut nicht rechtskonform seitens des Verkäufers. Aussage Paypal das ist alles nicht mein Problem und ein Verkäuferschutzfall, der einfachste Weg ist die Annahme zu verweigern. Ich bin sehr gespannt wo die Reise hingeht und ob ich die Ammahme schaffe zu verweigern oder den Moment nicht zu Hause bin und es bei einer Paketstation oder wo anders landet. FINGER WEG, BETRUG AUS FERN OST!

Leider zu spät gelesen und den gekauften Bewertungen auf der Bariveo Seite geglaubt. Die Box ist unglaublich billig verarbeitet, der Klang unterirdisch schlecht und bei leisen Lautstärken surrt das Gerät lauter als der eigentliche Ton. Kann man einfach nur davon abraten! Da klingt eine kleine JBL Box für 20€ besser als das Teil.

Vorsicht Betrug!

Ich habe keine Ware erhalten, dann über Paypal eine Rückerstattung erreicht, aber nur über 80%, da angeblich die Ware bereits versendet wurde.

Ganz klarer Fall von Internetbetrügerei!

The company has actually falsified their Trust Pilot reviews i.e. they have an image with very positive feedback rather that the poor feedback that I see on the TrustPilot website.

Bought a faulty Bariveo soundbar, Arc-hdmi did not work. New tv and soundbar installed by a professionals. After many emails with clients services, i requested a refund. They offer me 10% refund, then 20% which i refused. Pictures was send on configuration and my new tv ArcHdmi output was tested with my old soundbar and it works perfectly. I examined the HDMI on the soundbar and all parts were moving loosely inside which explain the none connection. Took pictures of how the part inside could be moved around. Then i requested a replacement of the faulty soundbar. The reply was they would send a replacement after i send the faulty one a my cost with a 20% restocking fees. The refund policy on their site state that if it is a faulty unit, no shipping charge to the customer. They will not honor it. I will not be scam twice. I do not understand why on their web site, they have all 5 stars ratings from Trustpilot. Do not buy from this company

Soundbar wird super angepriesen. Leider bin ich drauf reingefallen. Absoluter Schrott!! Erstattung absolut schwierig, da die Ware aus China kommt. Habe lediglich einen Nachlass bekommen aber immer noch 100€ für den Schrott bezahlt. Absolut ärgerlich. Finger weg.....

Denne soundbar skulle være bedst i test. Det må være fake, men lød troværdigt. Lyden er tynd og indelukket. Firmaet vil ikke tage den retur, men foreslår, at jeg kan give den til en ven som gave. Det gør jeg ikke.

Poor/cheap quality, fake reviews do not buy.

Dette er ikke 2 dollar værd, hold jer væk, kablet er ikke tilpasset så det kan side rigtig i højttaleren, de er flinke til at komme med råd, men kvaliteten er intet værd.
Højtaleren i IPhone 6/ Nokia 3210 er bedre til at gengive lyden.
Fup og svindel. De skylder mig 1499.- danske kroner. Måske Pay-Pal returnere beløbet. Jeg er så skuffet over mig selv at jeg hoppede på limpinden, siden og anmeldelsen af produktet se professionelt ud. SVINDEL.

Do not buy, product feels cheap and does not match the description of the product.
Their return policy is a hellscape, just back and forth. If you are to buy this product please use a credit card to be able to get your money back.
Their return policy is shit and they want you to pay for shipping back which goes against the legislation of EU.

Wieder mal eine Verbraucherfalle aus China. Blos nichts kaufen.
Habe aus Versehen etwas bestellt und wollte es sofort stornieren. Es gab keine Möglichkeit auf der Homepage. Support sagte die Ware sei schon versendet. Absoluter Bullshit. Einfach nur eine Abzocke.
