I had a disappointing experience with customer service regarding a recent order. When I reached out about receiving balloons that did not match the advertised color, the response I received was dismissive and argumentative.

Instead of working toward a solution, I was told to contact the manufacturer myself, which is not the responsibility of the customer. The interaction felt unprofessional and did not reflect the level of service I expect as a business owner who depends on reliable vendors.

I hope management takes the time to address both the product concern and the customer service experience.

Don’t understand why they have expedite options. Going to receive my order around the same time frame I would have if I didn’t expedite and paid expedite fee. Promptness and transparency are highly important when it comes to decor or event merchandise. Would not recommend

I ordered a total of 14 different balloons but they only sent 1. It is so deceitful on their part. I will not buy from this store again.

Great experience twice already! The balloon quality are amazing and lasts over a week and more. If you're new to the balloon world, they have different levels of quality of balloons and you'll learn a lot about it on this site. Even during peak times (Vday), my order was still delivered on time within two business days! Jenny, one of the customer service helpers helped me out, she was kind and took her time to check the order. Order from them, good pricing for bulk and hopefully they have more variety in the near future!

Bargain Balloons provides high-quality balloons at exceptionally affordable prices, and their customer service is second to none! I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and on the rare occasion there was a shipping delay beyond their control, they went the extra mile by reshipping my order overnight to ensure it arrived in time for my event.

I use bargain balloons frequently and have loved it in the past, but I do not recommend paying for express shipping or two day shipping. I received my package 7 days after I ordered it even though I paid extra for two day shipping. I’ve received packages from them in way less time with their standard shipping, so it’s very confusing. I contacted the company asking for at least a refund on the express shipping but was met with a generic “we’re not responsible for shipping delays” pre-typed doc. If they had been more personal and at least responded with an actual employee email vs. a standard document that would’ve been better and then I wouldn’t have given it 2 stars. They are also often out of stock on many many products and brands. Just impersonal and not very good customer service.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Bargain Balloons. I've ordered from them 6 times now. I always receive my order quickly.

Bargain balloons used to be my favorite website the only website that I buy supplies for my balloon business but for the past 2-3 years their website has changed and went downhill for me I hate they don't carry much supplies anymore and they always out of stock on something 🙄 which is so annoying so it's always hard to order things that you really need

I bought some Mylar Balloons last friday and I already have them today. very fast shipping. UPS delivered today in Denmark. this is a great place to buy mylar balloons because some of them are very cheap but still good quality and because Denmark don't really sale mylar balloons that much and prices over here are expensive so Bargain Balloons is a good deal when it comes to buying Mylar Balloons.
