Great jewellery and amazing service by Grace

My experience with Bare Jewellery has been incredible. I stumbled across this brand on my FB account and since then I have ordered at least 8 or 9 pieces over the last few months.

They also make amazing gifts as all pieces are high quality, look and feel more expensive than they are to purchase and most important allergy free. I have had no eczema or skin irritations and wear stacked earrings and bracelets every day.

Beautifully packed for storage too.

I have ordered a number of products from Bare. The quality is exceptional, and they last well for daily wear.
I had one bangle delivered that was the wrong product and then express shipped the correct product promptly!

Amazing customer service with quick turn around and explanation of their products, how to best look after them etc. They were very kind with their offers when I had an issue and provided a replacement. Their jewellery is lovely.

i purchased the Blanca ring and it came quickly and was very nice. Thick band that didnt feel or look cheap. However i wore it for 2 weeks and 2 of the little faux diamonds fell out. it also scratched very quickly. However the teams customer service was very prompt and kind and they sent a new one as they said it must be faulty. Im hoping this one doesnt do the same thing as it was $80, but im greatful they replaced it for me!

I purchased some products for Christmas gifts but unfortunately the rings were the wrong size (shouldn't have guessed! Have subsequently bought the ring measurer so won't make that mistake again!) BARE were amazing and totally understanding, swapped them out and sent promptly. Other items I've purchased are fantastic lovely to wear, lightweight and receive many compliments. I'll be a returning customer! Cheers ladies!

I have just been on the receiving end of some of the best customer service I think I have ever encountered. I had email interactions (regarding an issue I had with the bangle my daughter had bought me for Xmas) and both Grace and Holly absolutely blew me away with their kindness and generosity. Their level of care, support and communication was outstanding. I really can’t thank them enough. I am truly grateful!

Definitely disappointed brought 2 charlotte bracelets for my partner and got something totally different from what appears to be in person tried to get a refund and it says the policy wouldn’t give my refund back ..I would definitely recommend everyone not buy from them just my personal experience.. felt bad for my partner cause I have to get her something to make up for it ..

I really wanted to support a local brand, but my experience with Bare Jewellery has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered two bracelets during their Black Friday period and both arrived far too small. When I reached out to return them so I could buy the correct sizes, I was told no returns, no exchanges, and not even a store credit because the order fell within a sale - even though these are regular products still being sold at full price, not end-of-line items.

As someone who works in ecommerce, this level of inflexibility is very poor form. Most NZ brands would at least offer a store credit, especially so close to Christmas when people are simply trying to get the right gifts.

To make matters worse, the jewellery quality is terrible and does not match the price point, certainly doesn’t justify such a strict “no exceptions” policy.

I love supporting local, but Bare Jewellery does not support its customers in return. If you’re buying gifts or anything where sizing matters, be very cautious - you won’t be able to exchange it, even for store credit.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t shop here again.

Earrings were $120, felt like shein quality. Emailed as I was very disappointed with the quality and got ignored. Never will be buying off them again!

I recently purchased from Bare Jewellery and was really disappointed with the quality compared to the price. After receiving my order, I quickly realised that the pieces are essentially the same as what you’d find on AliExpress or Alibaba – mass-produced, low-quality materials, but marked up significantly.

The photos and branding on their site give the impression of a premium product, but what you actually get feels cheap and poorly made. The metal tarnishes quickly, and the stones are obviously synthetic and not well set.

It’s frustrating to see the same items listed on wholesale marketplaces for a fraction of the price. While I understand businesses need to make a profit, the markup here is excessive for what you’re getting.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Bare Jewellery if you’re looking for genuine quality. You’re essentially paying boutique prices for factory-line products.

My daughter recieved one of their braclets as a gift, first thoughts was how cheap it looked! At $100 it wasn't cheap!! Second time she wore it, the clasp came loose and she lost it. The company was contacted and didn't take responsibilty for their faulty product, only offered a replacement for 50% off!! Would never purchase from this company!!!

I have bought many items over the last couple of years, thankfully the other breakages have happened quickly. Recently I was walking and one of my earings fell out, I picked it up and was surprised to see the post had completely snapped off. I emailed bare, letting them know that they had broken after 5 wears, and got a very blunt email advising me I should have been more careful with the earings and as it was outside their 90 day warranty they would not help. I responded questioning this, as I had done nothing but wear the earings a few times so it is pretty clearly a fault in the product, they didn't bother to reply, for the price this is not acceptable quality. And due to the multiple issues I'm guessing they are buying low quality items and marking up substantially. Interesting they don't show any customer feedback options, they even delete comments from their posts.
