Fake item. I have the authentic items so was easy to spot it was fake. Luckily though the site was helpful and offered a refund straight away

Ordered Rare beauty lip gloss /stains. Clearly fake items. Nothing like my ones from sephora! I've asked for a refund despite having to pay to return items! 🙄 fuming, wish I'd read reviews on here first!!

Ordered a dior lipoil, clearly fake! When I tried to get in touch with customer service, all my emails bounced. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Selling products that have been formally discontinued, which indicates that the site isn’t genuine (genuine retailers are not allowed to sell discontinued items). None of the products have customer reviews (despite being what is presented as an established website). It’s so easy with AI to just quickly clone another website and write code to host it under a different name. I have been scammed a couple of times recently so have learned to check carefully before buying anything.

I ordered It Cosmetics cc cream oil free matte and a Huda beauty Topaz palette. It arrived well packaged and within 3 days of making the order. I emailed customer service to thank them for the quick delivery, and they sent me a discount code for future purchases in return.

Fake product , ordered a Too faced palette for my daughter for Christmas at great expense and it is a counterfeit , have asked for a refund .
DO NOT USE , unfortunately as I was pleased to have found the product I did not check the reviews .

Products look genuine, but expiry dates on boxes are within a couple of weeks. Will not use this company again

Selling fake products, steer clear of them. I ordered IT cosmetics cc cream and from the get go the packaging looked fake and then the spelling mistakes on the back of the product was a huge give away! Disgusting that people make a living from scamming innocent customers.

This company sends fake products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I have been purchasing IT Cosmetics CC Cream for years. The product that arrived from Bare Face was in no way the same as the legit product in size, look, feel or smell. And it doesn't work!
Absolutely criminal.
A waste of time and money.
Wish I saw the reviews before purchasing!

FAKE PRODUCTS - I ordered a skin booster syrum and when it has arrived it is a compleatly different colour to the other and different packaging. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I think that foundation what I ordered is fake .

A good choice of product and I was particularly pleased to be able to buy a large 100ml bottle of Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Oil. My order came well packaged and in a good time with good communication throughout.

I received an empty flimsy brown envelope with just an invoice inside. The envelope had been slit at the top and my items removed.
Contacted bareface 4 times via their support on line contact form but no reply.
Rang the number on the invoice but it does not exist.

The company has now been in touch and dispatched a replacement order which I received by priority post. They also gave me a goodwill gesture of a further two make up brushes.

COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

Ordered mascara and very clearly fake. Packaging was different and the actually consistency was totally off.

I never received my order despite many emails and direct messages. No replies. No product. £30 down the drain. I suspect a scam but would be happy to be proved wrong.

I got the pallet but it took a looong time to get here and I didn’t know where it was since I didn’t know how to track it so for a short moment I thought I got scammed off £30

Fake products unable to return despite contact on numerous occasions

Counterfeit goods. It cosmetics cc cream had several tell tale signs of being counterfeit e.g., wouldn't stand up on lid, completely different colour to genuine product, cheap looking sticker. When i complained they gave me a refund but not for the postage.

I was sent a counterfeit product. It Cometics CC Cream. To be fair they refunded promptly but I can only assume their business relies on people not complaining or threatening trading standards.
