Love the clippers I bought from this site and the customer service was amazing! This is my new go to site for barber supplies!

Shipping was a little longer than I would have liked, but considering my dealings with other orders through USPS that wasn't unexpected. My order was correct and the item worked without issue. Pretty good experience over all.

Best experience so far. I have shopped at multiple online barber supplies. Anything I need I get it shipped within a day or two. I'm always trying to keep my clients looking Sharp and pretty. I. appreciate the customer service and the communication when I have questions.

Bought my husband some clippers for Christmas. Purchased oct 20, he opened them yesterday, on Christmas. I got the wrong ones not the ones he actually wanted, they refuse to let me exchange them for the correct ones brand new unopened. Won’t be shopping here again. If you decide to be decent I can be reached at 316 seven four four- five three 54.

Bought 2 clippers 28 days ago. Never received the order. Store refuses to refund so I had to chargeback. Don't buy anything from this place, just read all the 1-star reviews

I spent £330 on a set of clippers. Never received a email. I sent 4 emails asking for a update and still got no reply.It's been 6 weeks since purchase and still nothing. Do not buy from this company

Less than 10 months the clipper stopped run and i texted that guy what should i do now he said send me back and i will send you another one as my JRL has a year guarantee and then after almost 5 months he won’t answer even , customer service zero

I didnt even recive the hair clipper inside , no charger of the hair clipper machine, worst experience for the first time eveve trusting a website which is off branded , i trusted because of their youtube viedeo, and less price , they switched their phone number after i called about it

I bought a trimmer as a present for my boyfriend. The address I had given was incomplete and they were very nice and helped me correct it. I can state it has a very nice customer service.
As for the trimmer, a WAHL professional cordless trimmer. Arrived in excellent condition. He has used it now for 3 months and it works nicely for his thick hair.

I ordered a Babyliss disinfectant box on 10th March 2023 and I’ve been waiting over a month now to receive it. It was never delivered. USPS confirmed it was mishandled and the item was lost. USPS asked me to contact Barber Supply for a refund/replacement and Barber Supply will apply to them or insurance for reimbursement. However, Barber Supply refuses to acknowledge that the package was not delivered and insists it was, despite USPS confirming it was not. Customer service with this company is the worst I’ve ever encountered in my life. Whoever responds to the email is extremely rude and disrespectful and refuses to be of any assistance whatsoever. I will never, ever shop at this online store ever again and I highly, highly do not recommend.
