I was misled on re-booking my JetBlue flight. I called a customer service and thought I got JetBlue. I didnt realize it was Bansal until they sent me an email to get my card authorization. They charged me an extra $400 plus my seats were never ticketed. I finally got through to JetBlue customer service who corrected the issue and said that Bansal overcharged me.

Russel Miller is the best
Russel Miller is the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. He really went above and beyond in helping me with my situation and brightened my day. Very grateful he answered the call and I can only assume the rest of Basal would be as accommodating. Such a wonderful experience!

Bansal Travels is an excellent travel partner
I have used this platform for multiple ticket bookings. The company really has a customer-centric approach as they helped me in fulfilling all my requests.
