Stay away

Wife was looking for cheap ticket found farecounty though intial web site name was different. Price for ticket 10 days in advance was more like price for ticket purchased two or more months ahead of time. After ordering ticket got notice they would contact us within 6 hours. After 6 hours no feed back so locked my card. About 36 hours later they called trying to collect payment for cancelling. Should have known the delay was sign of trouble as all tickets i have purchased are seconds for airline confirmation and cc charged, with card locked and then closed for new one these predators failed.

Steer Cleat At All Costs!!

Steer clear from this travel agency, if it is one to begin with. It's a SCAM. I booked a flight back in December and the airline canceled my flight. I spoke someone from the travel agency about a refund and was told they don't offer refunds, but could use the credit for another flight something I've never heard of before. They refuse to refund my money to this very day.

If I could leave ZERO stars

If I could leave ZERO stars. SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay clear!!!! The representative JOHN (I'm sure a pretend name) was argumentative rude and yelled because I said I was canceling my card immediately. He told me it was going to be and additional 300 more than the $545 I paid. SCAMMER!!!

Farescounty works with another fake…

Farescounty works with another fake company what they do is you book with farescounty then they have the fake call you for payment confirmation and detail confirmation you will get a confirmation code from fares county you will also get a confirmation from the airline however they never actually pay for your ticket. you will not be able to check in for the flight and the tickets will not be available to you farescounty will tell you that they have not charged you they will tell you some other company scammed you they will even provide you with phone numbers for the fake company its all a scam by farescounty.

This company is a scam!

This company is most definitely a scam. My wife consulted with them about booking flights and then they went ahead and did it without her authorization. They refused to cancel or refund us and eventually stopped responding. I called them on the phone to confront them and the employee immediately became verbally aggressive and began screaming at me. My brother also tried to book through them and they took his credit card information and then told him they were unable to find any flights for him. Stay away from this company.

We are definitely not a scam. We are a legitimate Travel Company.

No money was charged by us against your reservation.
All the Terms & Conditions were explained over the recorded phone call.

We received your email to cancel the reservation within 10 mintues after you had booked it. The refund was processed directly by the Airline as you contacted them and cancelled the reservation.

We replied instantly to all your emails and never stopped responding. In fact, we made numerous calls to which we did not receive any response.

We are investigating the issue further and please be rest assured that a necessary disciplinary action will be taken against the agent who misbehaved with you.

All the flights are subject to availability as per our website. We sometimes regret that we cannot get the same flights you book as it happened in your brother's case.

We again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you!
