Cooked the madras curry and kept to the instructions to the letter. Unfortunately the curry sauce was thin. It was tasty but the consistency was disappointing. My daughter said you need to boil it longer to let the sauce thicken. The cooking time is too short.

Quick, Simple and full of flavour
I really love the bang curry kits - they're simple and quick to make but not to the detriment of flavour!
They're vegan too, which is fantastic!

Plenty of variety for all tastes, what is good none of the spice mixes contain garlic! This is a massive plus for me as I cannot stand the stuff!
