The aircraft is attractive and big, and the EPO Foam is pretty good. The landing gear are useless, Soft landing result in the gear folding into sphagetti. I removed me gear and replaced them with fixed fear mounted in hardwood.I’ve converted to a two blade prop and spinner trying to generate more power and RPM’s This planes look aware good. Its performance and quality are seriously lacking.

Banana Hobbies are good people I brought a J3 Cub and transmitter thay gave me a tracking number and helped me all the way , when I received the cub it was missing wing struts I contacted them and they sent me out the ones I needed right away , with no fuss at all so all the people that complain must be smoking somthing , anyway guys at Banana Hobby thanks so much PETE, Carrie & Jen thanks so much I won't hesitate to buy of off you again, thanks so much guys . Great Job.

I tried to buy the B-25 Mitchel from BH via PayPal. When i tried to complete the purchase their site offered me only one international option with the specific price but was ok for me ( the total amount around $940 including international shipping). Everything was ok. Their site allowed me to complete the payment for my order via PayPal. But surprise! They cancelled my order without any explanation! I mailed them about this problem and they said that they can't ship because the box of the plane is too big and the international courier will return the package. Then why their site allowed me to complete the order offering me automatically the international shipping if they can't ship internationally? This is not a serious company in my opinion!

I purchased a F4 Wildcat from BH in December of 2023. The landing gear malfunctioned during testing prior to assembly. The gear made a grinding noise when fully extended and the right side would not fully retract. A burning smell came from the unit as well. I contacted technical support by submitting a ticket through their web site along with an email and text. I provided pictures and a movie to their tech support as requested. BH offered to replace the landing gear but said nothing about the burning smell.

I declined the replacement because of the burning smell and requested an RMA and refund because the airplane was clearly defective. Their return policy states a defective item can be returned and the plane has a 30-day warranty as well. I didn’t receive a response, so I reached out again via email and text asking about the status of my RMA request. I received a text response stating my RMA request was denied because I “messed up the items” during assembly. I couldn’t have damaged the landing gear and electrical system because they’re preinstalled at the factory. Their offer to replace the landing gear would have accomplished nothing because the landing gear is glued into the fuselage at the factory. I couldn’t have installed the new gear without destroying the plane.

I disputed the charge and received a refund from my CC. I recommend using a payment method that includes buyer’s protection if you choose to do business with BH. BH’s customer and technical support are terrible.

Yes ordered a f22 backpack 50mm rtf edf jet never received it FedEx said they delivered which i never received it i live in apt complex in a rough part of town now why didn't they need a signature to drop off neither banana hobby nor FedEx says there responsible i never told them to drop the package off in front of my apartment which i don't think it ever got dropped off tried to get in touch with banana hobby but these guys were very rude and not responding to my questions i think this was such a joke and scam don't order with these guys unless your clear on delivery methods and don't expect banana hobby to help you try and figure a situation like this out they pretty much told me oh well tough luck i even tried getting refund thru PayPal what a joke.

Banana Hobbys is my go to for RC Electric Airplanes!!!!
I have the new 10 channel MC10 Microzone TX, and RX. It has the same software as the MC8 so how to's work for both. Extremely easy to navigate, and use.
The NX3 gyro is fantastic!!!! Works flawlessly!! Easy it install, with 5 jumpers, double sided tape,and micro screwdriver.
Installing is a breeze with a good instruction sheet.
The PNP Propeller Planes
I have the,
1410mm Cessna 180- a breeze to build!! Less than 2 hours build time!!! I added the NX3 gyro.
The P40 Warhawk 1200mm was a 2 hour build also. Added the gyro to it also
The F4F Wildcat 1200mm, I haven't built it yet but biggest thing I've seen is be sure to clear the paint from the hinges on the folding wings. This will make the pins much easier to install.
The Giant F4U Corsair, fantastic detail!!!! I'm saving it until last to build. It will also get the NX3 Gyro!!!!

Most likely if you chat with them you will be talking to Jet Lady. She is extremely knowledgeable, if she doesn't know the answer she will get with the manufacturer and email it to you. She quickly addresses any issues you might have with a product.
Video support,
Banana has a fantastic YouTube channel, and a few independent reviewers. There are many videos on all of their products. They are unbiased, and also offer helpful advice.
Facebook,
Bahasa a very informative fb page. New arrivals, updated products, modifications. Restock postings.... it's all there!!!
So..... there it is!!!! When I finish the last two warbirds I'll review them also.

I ordered the sky surfer an account with bad wings and a bad server and they did nothing to help me their customer service is horrible.Do not buy from them

I got my stuff on second attempt (local post were the error)
Custumer service was not perfect, first they wrote me the returned package had arrived then later they claimed it not had arrived.. Still waiting for refund on those parts in returned package..

Jeffrey is an excellent sales rep and did a fine job throughout the whole process.

Manglende dele, maskinen beskadiget ved modtagelsen(knækket fuselage), oplader med amerikanske stik m.m. - kort sagt ikke i stand til at flyve og skal gennemgå en gennemgribende reperation før den kommer i luften (købt 19/07-10)

Hertil kommer at trods mange og gentagne forsøg på kommunikation med firmaet (16 mails) og skiftende "sagsbehandlere" samt billed dokumentation lagt på Facebook (som de også har fået) bare lige pludselig stoppede og har d.d. (16/07-11) ikke hørt noget fra dem .

Ligeledes har jeg via deres egen hjemmeside/Facebook forsøgt at kommunikere med dem - men ej her noget held - men til gængæld har jeg erfaret at der er rigtig mange andrer i samme situation, som er blevet behandlet på samme måde.

Så hvis her skulle gives karakterer ville det blive MINUS 16 men man kan åbenbart kun give positive bedømninger herinde, vil anbefale alle seriøse folk at holde sig langt væk fra dette firma, hvis ikke man vil have en dårlig oplevelse - og det er synd - for deres detalier samt udvalg af fly er ellers rigtig godt, bare synd "filmen knækker" når man modtager noget som er i stykker og ikke virker og så bliver det ignoreret og man står med en fornemmelse af at være røvrendt.
