NEVER SHIPPED, AWFUL

Ordered from them, order never shipped and was given the runaround for months. Customer service was awful and infrequent. I was extremely patience, waiting months for my order before I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Credit card company said Norcal Dynamics challenges the dispute claiming it delivered 3 months after initial order date. I never received the product and was awarded the dispute. Never order from them, terrible experience.

We want to clarify the situation and correct several inaccuracies in this review.

At the time of this order, our business was undergoing a facility relocation, while also dealing with unexpected industry-wide disruptions that affected multiple vendors, including a sudden halt in sales of BMW M-style exhaust tips due to an active intellectual-property enforcement action that impacted many aftermarket companies not just us.

Importantly, we never claimed that this order had been shipped or delivered, and we did not respond to or contest the dispute once it was filed. As a result, the customer was awarded the dispute in full. Any statement suggesting that we asserted delivery is incorrect.

We acknowledge that communication during that period was slower than normal due to the above circumstances, and we understand the frustration this caused. That said, the matter was ultimately resolved in the customer’s favor without resistance from our side.

We take responsibility for operational delays during a difficult transition period and have since made changes to prevent similar issues going forward.
We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to improving transparency and customer communication.

🔥NorCal Dynamics is AMAZING!…🔥

NorCal Dynamics has excellent performance parts available! I recently ordered upgraded 17Ts for my 2009 BMW 335i N54 as well as the Motive Re/Flex controller for Port Injection and their customer service is on point with responding, especially if you follow them on Instagram; they will return messages very quickly and assist with anything in a professional manner, respectfully. I highly recommend them for your performance parts needs and other items! Check them out and follow their IG! Respectfully submitted.
