If I could give them a big fat ZERO, I would. They do not deserve any stars. I ordered this product and immediately realized they charged me for something I did not order. I email them right away and asked them to cancel the order. They responded back with giving me a 35% discount if I would keep the order. I said NO and then they emailed me again and offered a 50% discount. Again, I said no just cancel this order. At that point they offered me a 75% discount which I of course accepted just to see if it worked. Well, I am sorry to say, they NEVER DISCOUNTED ANYTHING and the stuff is JUNK. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP!!!!

Such a SCAM. If you really want this product, buy it from Vitamin Place. Much cheaper! This company does not have supervisors. "They are training our new associates."

This Banana drop weight losses product is a scam. I try this product and had diarrhea every time I use it, along with stomach cramps plus I did not lose not one damn pound. Trying to return this product is like pulling teeth outta a mad dog, they will charge you the full price of the one bottle of product that you use, plus they will charge you a 10% restock fee and you have too pay for the shipping cost on the remaining returned product. They offer me a 3rd of my paid back and I can keep the product. What a scam, do not buy the product if you do you will be disappointed and sorry that you did.

Not as advertised. I took it for a few weeks but my weight never even changed by 1/10 of a pound. It made me so dizzy that I almost passed out one day, so I quit taking it. Also, it tastes like watered down cough syrup. I was contacted numerous times by Banana Drops trying to get me to buy different products. I finally had to spam them. The manufacturer would not honor the return policy that they advertise! They said they had to deduct for restocking, usage and that I would have to pay for shipping; but then they offered for me to keep the Drops so that I could give them to someone else and they would refund half of what I paid for 6 bottles. I said no that I would contact my credit card company and then they offered me an additional 50% of what I paid.

won't let me pick no stars, but the product does not work at all and I have tried emailing (6 times and called and been on hold for 20 minutes 3 times and no luck)

ABSOLUTE SCAM
First of all it was not advertised as banana drop. I ordered 3 bottles at $84 and it came up saying buy 4 for $90. So I said ok to that. I realized right away it was not a legit company as my PayPal was charged twice by a company called cartpanda. I also did not receive an email confirmation
I contacted them right away to cancel. I advised PayPal. I received 4 bottles and I called right away to return. They said they couldn’t find me in their system and to call back in an Hour. The Second Gentlemen hung up on me right away. I emailed them also and have not received a response. I am waiting for PayPal to find info for me and get my money back. But

If I could give them a -10 I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I mean the worst. Buyer beware. This company is not to be trusted on any level.

When I received my order which I paid close to $600, I took a snapshot of the ingredients and sent it to my nutritionist. She told me not to take it because it was all extracts. I called the company to return it. They bickered and haggled with me about returning it trying to make all kinds of deals. It was ridiculous! Then he told me that they charge 10% handling/admin costs, so that would be deducted and I had to pay for shipping. That was $85 total. Then he told me that I had to call back with the tracking number in order to get my refund. When I called back I had to jump through another set of hoops because you have to provide the RNA number that they give you to return the package as proof that it is you. Why would I be calling with a tracking number if I was not returning the product??? Anyway, the first person never told me that I had to keep the RNA number once I mailed it as my reference. You would think that if you provide your order number that would be enough. I tried to remember what it was and finally guessed it but it was 8 numbers long! The second person I spoke with had it all along. It was a quiz. Can you imagine. Then she tells me that I have to call back when I believe the product will be at their facility. So I am still not done with this ludicrous company. I have to call back next week and do the same thing I did today. I will never deal with these people again. This is not the way to run a business.

Not going to to ask you for $$. Which she herself did not but here husband certainly did. The whole thing seemed suspicious. One reason is his lab coat ( I’m sure he wore to appear to be a doctor) anyway he looked a mess like he just jumped out of bed. His collar was flipped up on one side and not where it should be on his left. The actors in the video did not look like the real celebrities and their lips did not match the words they were speaking, so I believe they were too fake. I opted to order the special 6 bottles at a discount because I do have some powerful people on my side that will make sure (if the product doesn't what they say it will do) that they will be held accountable. What really bothered me is the constant telemarketing calls from representatives trying to convince me to go ahead and secure yet more bottles. The even called me on Sunday morning at 8am and woke me up ( I didn’t answer but the ring on my phone did, when I didn’t answer they called again at 8:55 trying to sell me more drops. When I very politely said “ sir, it is 8:55 on a Sunday morning, most Americans who work all week choose to sleep in on their days off if they can”, he then hung up on me! the caller of course was from a country that shuts their women up, may beat them, etc. which also bothered me because I imagine no one in their country can afford to buy this product yet they use that foreign company to sell their product when there are plenty of Americans who would appreciate the opportunity! I have written the company about these issues but I imagine the emails will just be sent to the foreign country as well and never reported to the owner or its board members ( if the even have board members). I find it is never a good idea to argue with foreigners from the particular country I am speaking of because frankly, they don’t give a flying poop and they most likely know your complaints will never be seen or heard by the owner! It is best to call your credit card company and dispute the charges as fake, false, misleading, product. Then write a letter to the company and send it certified. If they only have a PO Box then send it “ return receipt “ because from what I understand, one cannot send a certified letter to a PO Box. Finally, I actually did not order the product for weight loss as I am not overweight. I ordered it because they claim that the product will help with inflammation. So many people especially young people head for social media which is your best bet of spreading the word but I have found that some companies get so many negative comments on their FB page and other SM platforms that they have their SM site set up so that no one can post a response to any comments left. You maybe asking “how did the comments on the SM site get posted if no one can reply?” Because they are fake. A lot of bad/fake companies can pay another company to post noting but positive/ slightly negative ( to make it more believable) comments. They will turn on the feedback option on their site while the company they hired post a bunch of fake reviews ( usually late into the night or very early am when people are not usually on line) then lock it back up once the fake reviews are posted. They will do this virtually daily! The government is trying to punish companies that practice this deceptive act by either closing the company down or imposing high penalties. Good luck everyone, for those of you who did try and follow the products recommendations and did not get any results, keep fighting! Always read everything you can on the internet about the company before making a decision to buy.

I really want to give zero stars. They are scammers. Not only did the product not.work but they gave me an RMA number which i put in the pkg. And they said.save your tracking info. When I tried to get my refund they asked for th3 tracking info.(even tho I know they got the product. But then they said I needed the RMA number too and.could not give any refund without it.. they never said.to.save it
They said.be sure it.is in the box. They refuse to give a refund without.it. big scammers . BEWARE

Do not buy this product, if you return it they will not give you your money back. I was rudely talked to by one of their representatives and hung up on.

1,183… that is how many drops are in a 2 ounce bottle. If you do two drops a day, that would take you 19 1/2 months to get through one bottle. (Go ahead and check the math) I have experienced zero effects and that was a lot of money!
WISHFUL THINKING

I was promised a partial refund if I kept my order instead of returning it. This is the worst company I hope they have a class action lawsuit on them.
I bought 3 bottles from them at $190.00 they offered to give me $66.00 for not returning it and take the discount instead. It doesn't work at all. Been taking it since 12/13/24. Doesn't curve your appetite at all. Haven't lost any weight either. But I did receive my part refund.

I did not buy this product but almost did. I watched the video ad on Instagram for Banana drops, but I accidentally was kicked off before I could make the purchase. I got on a website advertising banana drops and none of the claims were made that the video stated. I could never find the original ad, so I just stopped pursuing it. Then, tonight I saw the very same video but this time it said that cocoa was the magic ingredient along with 3 other very rare ingredients, the same as the banana drops claimed. These 3 other ingredients are not rare and in fact are rather common. It was the same add for 2 different names for the drops they were selling. Vittaburn was the 2nd ad. The first was for drops named Banana Drops the 2nd was Vittaburn. The ingredients were the same but one was supposed to come from bananas and the other from cocoa, along with both of them having 3 additional ingredients. When I tried to order Vittaburn (the one with cocoa) I was sent a message that my card was declined as suspicious and that I should upload a copy of the credit card along with a copy of my driver's license. This is a scam. Do not order either product. I looked up Vittaburn on the internet and all the reviews I saw said the same thing. It was a scam. BUYER BEWARE.

This is a scam they don’t work and they don’t refund your money. I contacted for a refund and wanted to return the product. I was told I would receive a refund minus a small fee if I returned at my expense. I did and they have not refunded what the email stated they would. They won’t reply to my calls or emails now. This is theft they have the product back and I have nothing.

This product is not a good product. We must file with BBB to get our money back.

Banana drops are a joke!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT WORK?!! After spending Total$ 294.00 was just told I should have asked for a refund by Dec 23 they are going by the order date not delivery date.. Zero stars! After reading some reviews I am convinced that I have no chance to get a refund even if I call! I have throat issues after using this product! Lesson learned and I hope everyone else gets the message and reviews!
