This company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Every review I read is exactly what happened in my situation. Their product should not be on the market, as it makes you GAIN weight instead of losing. It is harmful to your body, They have no intention of honoring their 60 day money back guarantee after receiving your purchase. They even insist you purchase multiple bottles to make a more profitable sale. Instead they deliberately mislead you and keep offering discounts to keep their horrible product. They even gave me an incorrect address to return my order. They finally let me return the product because I actually had requested a return within the 60 days from purchase. Once they received the returned package they changed their mind and refused to refund claiming I was past the return date. I believe there are a bunch of robots working for this company. Thankfully Emails do not lie!! The request was clearly initiated before the 60 day deadline. Now they have their product back and my $294.00. Be smart, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing good will come out of it. And if you choose to place an order and get scammed, STOP AT NOTHING for a resolution.

After several attempts and email communications I still have not received my refund. I provided the return tracking verification, which was received within the 60 day period, was issued an RMA number which I had to provide back to them for verification.
Do not waste your money on a product that doesn’t work and a company that does not abide by their own policies. I was told at one point that the refund would be issued with a 15% discount for shipping and restocking. I paid for the return shipping cost. Did not receive a return label from them. In the next email I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund because they didn’t receive it within the 60 day period. The last day of the 60 day period was January 8, according to the USPS tracking information they received it January 6.

I would give a minus 5 if I could. This is a total scam. I ordered 6 bottles, but was charged and sent 12. I have been dealing with this scam for over 60 days. Saying I would receive 75% back, when that didn't happen, I asked for address to return. They responded for clarification. Then said they said it was outside of their 60 day guarantee. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I had looked for reviews before I invested. There were none and it was given an A-, but now please don't give this company a penny.

GIMMICK with FALSE ADVERTISING !!!

I’m on the 5th bottle.
I’m using it as directed.
I haven’t changed my diet.
I’m the exact same size AND weight l was when l started and still in the same size clothes. DO NOT BUY THIS GIMMICK.

I started on banana drops back in December at first I though it was working, but then I started gaining weight. Now I weigh more than when I started. This is not a good product.

This product does not do what the website says that it will do. I have not lost one ounce of weight. It was very expensive for something that doesn't work. I used it just like the website said I should. They might as well have put water in the bottles for all the good it does.

This company does not even deserve "1" star for a rating. I'm beginning to think an AI generated email responds, if a response is given at all. Product does not work! Nothing they advertise is true. No 60 day guarantee! Going on three months and counting to get a resolution for a refund! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!

Waste of money! I bought 6 bottles. When I was finished with the 2nd bottle and hadn't lost a pound I gave up. I actually gained a pound.

This product does not work. Was using drops for 2 months and did not lose even 1 pound. I just read the many negative reviews and agree with all of them. I should have read them before my purchase. I won’t even try now to get a refund after reading every one else’s problems. I was on my third bottle and didn’t want to face the fact that I was scammed. Too late to try to get a refund and it’s not worth the aggravation, although I’m out $294.00.

Totally a scam i only requested one bottle for $34.99 the offer to get a free bottle popped up. After all was said and done my card was charged $405.00. I called ASAP to cancel order i was given a discount price to keep product i said i will not except when it arrives at my home i was told to mail back. I kept emailing and calling for return address i was given PO BOX 90129 LAKELAND. FL 33804
THEN i was given a 30% then a 50% discount to keep the product i said no. 1-866-202-5664 & 866-637-2482 both numbers keep saying they don't handle it. I even said that it caused me upset stomach diarrhea and allergies and I had to go to the hospital. They still offered me a 50% discount. They will play games in giving out the return address. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and post on social media. They have barked up the wrong tree.

Total SCAM! Do not waste your money! They advertise 100% money back guarantee. I paid over $300 for this worthless banana flavored kool-aid. No amazing weight loss! Stupid to believe such nonsense! After an argument with Cole in customer service I was only offered $219 back within 2-3 business cycles. WHAT??? 2-3 months! Unacceptable!

I purchased Banana Drops believing that I would lose a few pounds as per the advertisement led me to believe. If anything, I gained 4 pounds! Didn't work at all! But most reviews I had read claims it tastes good! Not many lost weight. Save your money.

Returned unopened box of 3 bottles to Banana Drops at CO address on box thru USPS, was signed for! Company will not refund my $177 saying this was not the correct address to make a return! I’m thinking whole thing is a big scam! Don’t get involved!!

I have no criticism of the product itself. The company is not good to do business with. They sent my 9 bottle order#51080 in a box with no bubble wrap or padding to prevent breakage. One was broken. The Post Office put a sticker on the box ‘received in damage condition’. I have written and called multiple times but as of today (1/29/25) they have not sent me a replacement bottle.
It is obvious they have NO intention of sending me my complete order. BEWARE do not do business with them.

Banana Drops is a scam. They should be prevented from advertising on YouTube and any other media. The people selling this snake oil are criminals intentionally defrauding consumers.
We want our money back.
I am referring this matter to the FTC and my Congressman.

I INVITE EVERYONE WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT TO GO ON OVER TO FTC, WHEN SOMETHING SIMILAR HAPPENED TO ME I WENT THROUGH THEM. LETS GET THESE DIRTY DIGUSTING LIARS! RESTING UNTIL I GET A FULL REFUND!!!

I usually look at Trust Pilot before making purchases and I totally screwed up this time. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life.
1. This product does NOT work.
2. They do NOT stand begins the 100% money back guarantee. They charge you a 15% restocking fee.
3. When you do try to make a return, they offer you first a 35% discount and then a 50% discount to keep their junk. This is only after spending a month to contact them for a return.
4. The instructions to even use their crappy product do NOT exist. The print is so small you better hope you have magnifying glasses for eyeballs.

If I could give them a negative star review I would.

What a great marketing scam. This product belongs in the biggest scam Hall of Fame. It does not even contain any Banana. I fell for it. No clinical studies, should have read reviews first. When you are desperate to loose weight you will believe anything. I did, and I was FOOLED. I will be sending the bottles back for a complete refund. I am so sick and tired of companies jumping on the "Band Wagon" of deceit to make a buck. Taking advantage of real people with needs and feelings and knowingly fooling them and RIPPING their hearts out. You should be held accountable in a court of law for lying, deceit, false advertising, steeling ordinary peoples hard earned money. Each of us will be judged accordingly and held accountable in the highest court of law. Damn Scammers!

I have been trying to return product (100% sixty day guarantee) since November. I am probably the one person who gained weight on the product.Multiple emails have not been returned. I have tried reaching them through customer service. The call just rings and rings, does not go to voicemail. This is not a credible company. I see now the product can be purchased through Amazon and other vendors. I absolutely recommend you DO NOT buy direct.
