need credit for big drum returned. Which I have not yet received. There is a pkg at po. Why did this take almost 3 months to resolve and I am the one who had to solve it. Your company and its service to customers is the worse I’ve had business with. You can count on a very bad review with every agency I can contact. When this pkg was never delivered it was up to you to send a replacement. What did you do ? In your scripted emails you offered 6% discount on a drum already purchased. And now you tell me you are not responsible for delivery once pkg leaves your facility? Awful. If you are still in business next year I’d be surprised.

Please send my credit for drum returned including return costs.

It was easy to order, it came in a timely manner. The drum has a beautiful sound and is easy to learn. My 3 grandchildren love it. Even if you are not playing a piece, it still sounds nice.

My grandson who is 6 never received his drum for Christmas. ( He is still checking every day) Balmy claimed it was because the wrong address was entered with the order however they sent the drum stand 3 weeks after Christmas to the correct address.
I contacted Fed X and they requested Balmy send a call tag to help them find the package but Balmy refused. Only after I threatened to report them to the BBB and file a small claim and post a review did they say they would contact their shipper and contact me in 48 hours it has been over a week and a half since then and still no contact. Worst customer service ever.

It took a while for my Balmy Drum to arrive but it was worth the wait! I am thoroughly enjoying learning to play. I have tried to learn to play a piano and after a year of lessons I was still hopeless! Not so with my drum. I am looking forward to many hours of enjoyment🤗

I purchased this as a Christmas gift from “Santa” for my daughter on December 9. At the time, the shipping policy on their website says it would be shipped within 24 hours and would be delivered within 5-7 business days. After going from NJ to Los Angeles, it went in and out of a mailing facility for over 10-days until I emailed and the next day it was finally shipped (The website now says that shipping is 5-12 business days). The item was received after Christmas and I no longer have a need for it. As soon as it arrived, I emailed the company to request a refund and to get an address to return the item as there is not a return address on their website. It took a couple of days for a response and when they did it was a response to another customer’s complaint about the sound quality. I followed up and said I just want the address to refund the product and they still will not provide the address. At this point, the 30-day return policy is approaching on January 9 and I will no longer be eligible for a return, leaving me stuck with a product I do not have a need for. I have now requested how they will resolve this and I am not confident that it will get remedied. I wanted to support a small business rather than use the big name stores but this experience has been terrible. Such a huge waste of money, time, and energy.

I look forward to seeing my children open their drum. I’m waiting until Easter Holidays to give it to them.

Totul este de foarte buna calitate, vine foarte bine ambalatiar sunetul foarte relaxant. Fetiței mele de 4 ani ii place mult și a prins repede cum funcționează. Un minus ar fi că unele cifre de pe suprafața ei încep ușor să se dezlipeasca. Poate că nu trebuia să luam folia de protectie atât de repede. Mulțumim! 💛

I purchased a Balmy Drum for my 8-year old son and the drum keeps him entertained. Such a wonderful gift. Because of the holidays, our drum was delayed in shipment, but arrived in perfect condition for the journey it endured. So thankful for an awesome experience!

this drum is for my 8-year-old drummer, he loves the more mellow tone of the drum, he knew how to use it right away and played many of the songs from the book. great purchase

Ordered a drum in Dec 7, websites says delivery with US 5-12 buisness days. Tracking provided is all over the place origination in NJ then CA and now in NY, they are just creating tags to show movement. Will not arrive before Christmas. Contacted several times via email, same pre written response…now saying arrival in the 30th. My guess is they were taking orders without stock available and are playing catch up. If not delivered by the Jan 4 will claim fraud on CC.

I have bought one of the small drums for each of my seven grandchildren.
They have already spent much time playing, learning and creating with their drums.
I believe they are an ageless, timeless, authentic instrument, for amusing, calming, occupying any mind.

Delay getting second drum, but arrived before Christmas! Excited to introduce this form of music to our granddaughters, age 3 1/2 and 7.

The drum arrived and it hadn’t been packaged properly. While there is no visible damage to the drum itself it is definitely out of tune. I’ve emailed them three times now and not received a response
