Everyone I've dealt with at Balgores has been extremely helpful - first class service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having had the pleasure of dealing with our business fleet for the past 2 and a half years before handing it over to someone else as it had gotten too big of a job to manage as well as my actual job, I can say with confidence that the team at Balgores are exceptional at what they do.
They have dug me out of many a hole when we have needed new vehicles at very short notice. They have done everything they could to make life easier, knowing that I was usually very busy, and have always gotten us the best deals going, tweaked things to get them to the pricepoint I needed, or offered alternative solutions when what I was asking for was not deliverable.

Andrew, Katie, Treena and Josie have all bent over backwards to get me lists, information, chase delivery and lead times and help with whatever I need
They're a really great team and have a fab sense of humor too! Often having to deal with me ringing with daft questions or asking the impossible!

Whilst I don't miss having to manage a large fleet of vehicles anymore, I do miss the conversations with the team that looked after us!

Easiest car purchase/lease deal I've ever done.From start to finish all was very helpful and speedy. Even with the installation of the charging point was organised and installed quickly.

The young lad that delivered the vehicle, called to let me know that he would be arriving in the next 45 minutes and as promised he was at the front door, with our new car. The vehicle had some road dirt on it, which was noted in the delivery report and a thorough check was done. He showed me the basics of the controls, then I gave him a lift to the train station.

The customer service was great, the advisors were all brilliant and lots of little personal touches that made our conversation so much more pleasurable.
