The delivery times are good
The delivery costs are expensive(£19) and the packaging used unecessary.
The parcel could have been sent via special delivery for £9.25 or even freepost like a lot of the other gold companies.

Products are great. Went to buy bullion but had to wait 1 hour because only one person at the checkout. Need more staff and refurb the downstairs

£20 for postage 20 days for delivery?
When you pay £20 for postage, and they have to wait 20 days for delivery, it is unacceptable.
