Really difficult and usual company to…
Really difficult and unusual company to deal with in all regards. Ordered a 5oz silver bar start of February. Took a whole month to start the delivery process. They use a dedicated bullion delivery firm...even for a 5oz bar. This delivery company dont tell you they are coming. They tried four times...on the last time I caught them on my ring and spoke to the driver who refused to deliver next door, wouldn't leave it in a safe place, insisted I had to take it through my door. Well, I was at work on every occasion with no option to be at home and how would I have known when when they don't tell you. Baird &Co then advised I would be charged for attempted redelivery and they don't do refunds. But I could drive the 180 miles both ways to London to collect. Eventually offered a refund but that has never arrived. So no silver, no refund. Most bizarre purchase experience I've ever faced for such a small transaction.

No action or acknowledgment from their complaints team
Online orders and phone queries so far have been dealt properly by Braid team until recently I raised a complaint via email regarding the manner a delivery was done on a recent order for which I still haven't had any response from their complaints handling team,not even an acknowledgement for almost a month now.The item was delivered at my door step for public view when I was not at home. For the amount charged for delivery this is not the service I expect for a high valued item.
It will be good if Braid address these complaints and concerns of their customers and deal with them seriously.

The only criticism I have is that I had no idea when it was arriving. I was out when the courier arrived. Thankfully he did another job and came back.
I have no complaints about him though he was lovely and so professional

Ordered 5 silver coins
Ordered 5 silver coins, bank blocked the order as bank details didn't match the recipient expected bank details. Tried placing the order a second time as advised and blocked again. Followed this up multiple times to chase a solution. Was requested to fulfill both duplicate orders. I accepted to pay for both orders even though I only wanted to order 5 coins. Asked to put both orders in one delivery as delivery is alot! Been trying weeks now to pay for the order and chasing multiple departments and customer service to no avail. Nobody has gotten back to me. I've given up chasing it. Customer experience is poor.

Please note all online orders are settled by bank-to-bank payment at the time the order is placed. It is possible that, as part of their own monitoring and checks, clients' banks will hold or withdraw payment without instruction. If this happens, or payment fails for any other reason, we do not receive notification though the order is automatically cancelled.
We would advise clients check directly with their bank if any issues arise as we are unable to proceed with any transaction until payment has been received and we have no control or visibility over this. Whilst there are no active orders on our system, we would like to discuss this in greater detail and will reach out shortly.

Silver orders
The silver was excellent and the website was also very easy to navigate, the only thing I had an issue with was the time scale my orders took to arrive? I did realise though at the time there was a lot of people purchasing silver so all forgiven, they did use FedEx and my items came securely so ended up very happy, will certainly use again.

This company make me wait for so long…
This company make me wait for so long in that much time price drop big time and I told them I want refund and thay said no refund and if i resell it to them £3000 bar they will buy back for £1900. Very disappointed
