Bought the ella cargo set that was going viral on tiktok for my wife for xmas. my wife wore it once and before putting the item into wash she noticed the seem on the butt was coming apart. I contacted the company and they point blank refused to replace the item blaming us for damaging the item.

DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY! After returning my item, I was told they couldn't refund me because of the policy. The item was completely unworn, didn’t even try it on. I spent $100 on the item, and $20 to send back the return

No one was willing to make a one time exception to process a refund. Then I expected store credit, or at the VERY least for them to send me the item back that I paid for. I was completely ghosted after many follow ups an no resolution was found. They are up $200 now at my expense, with my $100 spent + an unworn piece of merchandise that they will can sell again. It is completely unethical.

I placed an order with Bad Society Club for the first time and I must say that I am extremely pleased with the fast shipping and my outfit! I ordered the Loved Up set in black and ommmggggg this was a head turner!! The quality of the lace was great and I received so many compliments! Will be ordering again for sure!

Ordered the grey tracksuit months ago. I tried it on first time, the seems on the inside legs came apart. I wrote to them via email.ail and had no response. The tracksuit fit is really good. Jeweler the material is very thin. I have never had inside leg seems come away on one use. It has happened to gym pants after years of regular use. Really poor customer service they ignore anyone with a complaint. I wouldn't buy from this company again on that basis.

I absolutely LOVEEEEEE my purchase sweat pants fits true to size they hug your entire body to perfection , I already have a big butt but they make my butt look a lot bigger and sits perfectly in them ! They are good material as well , not the cheap kind . I am definitely about to order more colors !! They are so comfortable as well. I will definitely be a customer for life . Cause I love me a good sweat suit and they got me sold . You won’t regret purchasing from them ! I can’t wait until I order my other colors ! Thank you so much !! 🫶🏽

I have purchased multiple outfits from bad society, always happy with my items, occasions where have to refund if clothing doesn’t fit, had a concern with a recent item purchased, emailed in had a swift response from Kat who has been amazing, the customer service is always amazing btw! Kat rectified the issue straight away and kept me updated throughout, literally as some may now can be difficult getting any concerns sorted with retail, I have never had this issue with bad society, always go above and beyond. Thank you Kat! Will always be purchasing from bad society they always listen to us girlies especially giving us curvy girls optionsssss!

I’m usually hesitant with trying new brands. Bad Society Club has truly exceeded all of my expectations! 10/10 quality and customer service. Fits perfectly true to size, I can’t wait to order more!

I recently bought a jumpsuit and WOW. The quality is unreal, it snatches you in all the right places but is super comfortable. I get so many compliments when I wear it too! Will definitely be ordering again!

I am really pleased with my outfit from bad society and will be ordering again. I got a co ord set called the loved up set and will be ordering so much more. I’ve received so many compliments. Shipping was quick and I did normal delivery, communication was swift and the item was excellent quality. I’ve received so many compliments and three of my friends have now purchased the same outfit. I wish they did it in in more colours it’s that gorge!! Love this company and would highly recommend.

WOW ! I ordered a playsuit and had reservations on the fitting but I was proved wrong!! The fit is incredible, I received compliments all night.

Absolutely love my Ella tracksuit. I bought it in grey & my usual size & it fits perfectly. Will definitely be ordering more from them. Took 2-3 weeks to arrive yet definitely worth the wait.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a 2 piece set that they consider “shapewear”. Can’t return or exchange. It didn’t fit. $100 down the drain. If i could give a zero i would. Now they won’t even reply to my emails. Do not buy.

I’ve recently purchased the Ella Cargo Joggers along with the Ella Corset Hoodie and let me tell you, it is BOMB🔥🩷 the material is so comfortable and super flattering

Ordered my ‘ELLA’ tracksuit in grey from here. Delivery was fine and the tracksuit is gorgeous quality, looks like it’s been tailored to fit! Lovely attention to detail .. Honestly my go to tracksuit and can’t wait to purchase their season 2 range ! Thanks xx

Do not order from this company!
It took over 2 months for me to get a refund for some products and was still waiting on the refund for a separate item which they responded saying there was a ‘stain’ on the item… after receiving a photo it was laughable they would reject it over a simple tiny wipable mark.
I asked why I was informed of this is the first place and if the refund is being rejected why is the product not being returned to me.
They will clearly wipe this product and resell it. Day light robbery!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A BRAND!!!!!

They will take your PAID item and money.

I bought a TOP and it sadly did not fit me so I innocently returned it. They said apparently there was deodorant marks which I do not believe is true. Regardless, I accepted that I will not get my MONEY back. And now 2 months later they told me my top was ‘discarded’ so they do not put it back on the shelf … SO THEN RETURN THE TOP BACK TO ME NO?????????????

2 months going and still no top and no refund and no assistance, they have been ignoring all my emails. They have clearly resold my top.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this disgusting brand.
