I have ordered from this brand twice and I have had the same issue both times. They advertise delivery times they can’t fulfil. Both times they advertised next day delivery and my order arrived a few days later than expected l.

The first time I raised this as an issue I was told id be partially refunded for the delivery. I never received that refund, it wasn’t a lot of money so I let it go.

Second time was last month, my order came late so I returned it as I longer needed it. My return was acknowledged and I was promised a refund within 10 days. That time period has passed and I still don’t have my refund.

Horrible company that’ll never see my business again

I bought a grey two piece set from here & i love it. First of all the fit is amazing- it accentuates your curves & gives bubble butt. You cant find this on shein baby.. the quality is unmatched.

My experience was absolutely amazing i bought the cargo tracksuit and the off the shoulder printed jumpsuit. Both outfits for my birthday absolutely love love sizing was appropriate and if you’re have troubles with sizing you can always contact them on instagram. 10/10 experience I would order from them again and as the clothing is so unique it does make you stand out wanted to gate keep this website but sharing is caring.

I ordered an item from this company I put in a 20 percent discount code, I saw the deductions and when the payment went through I was still charged the full price. I queried the transaction I was told that someone would get back to me, no one ever did. They have avoided me ever since! The jumpsuit was of poor quality, I would not recommend this company at all.

I purchashed two tracksuits and i love the fit but unfortuntely the stitching is poor quality. I have worn both tracksuits a couple of times and both have small holes as the stitching has come undone, really disppointing as they are so comfortable.

This was my first time ordering from bad society club and i had good first impressions, the sizing was amazing definitely true to size, the designs are one of a kind and can't find anywhere else online.
The shipping was accurate to what it said online, And got it in time for my holiday !

Do not buy from here, they don’t send the product or give a refund. They also don’t reply to emails!

This was my first order from Bad Society Club but it certainly won’t be the last. I ordered the Paco set. Shipping was fast, as it took only about a week from the date of purchase. Immediately when I opened the package I noticed how great the quality was - 10/10. A statement piece itself and I received so many compliments while wearing it. Will be ordering again soon!

LOVEEEE my new tracksuit. Great quality, comfortable and sizing is perfect. My wardrobe will soon be full of their clothes would definitely recommend!

This brand is definitely 10/10 they continue to meet my expectations. I’ve ordered from them several times. Their clothes fit true to size and I will continue to order from them in the future.

Lovely clothing and good quality, I had a small customer service query and Kat was extremely helpful making sure everything was resolved quickly!

Avoid if possible!! Other sites such as asos, PLT and fashionova sell the same type of clothes!!!
This company sent me a faulty item then have the audacity to tell me that I’m the one that ruined the item and that it’s a criminal offence! The item was £60 LOL!

Also their customer service team act like some council flat gangsters- really no need for the hostility because I will definitely be getting money back LOL!!!

I’m reporting them to my bank to get my full money back! I offered to send the item back and they refused so I guess I have to go toe toe for my money back! No problems lovely :)!

I ordered on May 7th as they advertised the item would be restocked on May 13th and until today (May 22nd) I’m still yet to receive my items or an update. I was told it’d be restocked last week yet, my package isn’t here. They don’t have the decency to provide customers with updates evidently, as I see I’m not the only person going through this issue. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with this company and after this they’ll be no more, as I refuse to spend anything with them. So unprofessional it’s unreal.

AVOID! This company…. My god. I don’t even know where to start. I have been shopping with this scam of a company for over a year now. Dumb of me I know. Customer service is trash. This company literally sells clothes that they don’t actually have on hand. Literally EVERY time they release new items they hide the fact that it’s “pre-order” so AFTER you order then they tell you it’s on back order which means you have to wait more than a MONTH for your items to even ship. WHY HAVE A COUNT DOWN FOR A RELEASE WHEN EVERYTHING IS PRE ORDER?! Knowing you ain’t gonna ship it until weeks later. Their favorite line is “manufacturer delays beyond our control” F O H! They are nothing but liars and scammers. I placed an order well over a month ago AND IT HASNT SHIPPED YET! They know they are being deceptive but they don’t care. They constantly oversell because they’re taking peoples money to produce the clothes…. The jig is up. The company doesn’t have enough money to produce enough clothes so THE CUSTOMER is essentially paying for clothes first AND THEN they are made. Absolutely ridiculous. I legit cannot stand how fraudulently this company and they need to be shut down immediately.

Now I do love the brand but the quality of the trousers! I’m on my third pair of black cargo pants and they keep ripping, splitting , seams coming undone. The fit is sooo good but these pants just do not last. The zips are cheap on the hoody and I got a baseball jacket from there in grey and black and the buttons fallen off

I'm actually vex now, I wanted a refund initially but you lot couldn't do that because the order was already placed? ok cancel it its not like you had the clothes right in front of you. 3 weeks later where are my orders? pre order I dont think you know the meaning of it ill be real lool you lot are hilarious no wonder you lot are called bad society club, promoting false advertisement on instagram & snapchat. everyone go shop yagi world you wont be disappointed.
