Be careful never send them an item back!
I returned mine because the size didn't fit: they refuse to refund it, or exchange it, or send it back to me. Basically they kept my money and the item I bought

Cringe company that tries to hard being something that they’re not (luxurious). They promote on their website to have 4,7 on trustpilot and giving them self a 5 star. Who does that? In real life it’s on 3. Sizing is horrible and misleading af. One hoodie fits in small the other one and the same size is not even possible to get on. Same with trousers. I’m the same size as the models that they use and stil the clothes is way to small for me. They don’t tell you that you can’t return items bought on Black Friday, you have to go and read all their rules on a different page to find that out, who does that? No one. Now I have loads of items that don’t fit because their sizing is horrible which really is their fault. I know my sizing and never have this issue anywhere else. Really ameture company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! BIG TIME SCAMMERS!! I ordered 3 tracksuits here so over £300 and they won’t refund me. One of the tracksuits was faulty and again they have refused to refund me & are now ignoring my emails. I have reported them to trading standards!

While they didn’t have what I was looking for the customer service was great and Kat assisted me and followed with such kind words. Hopefully I’ll be able to find a dress through this company:)

I ordered from here last year they were great. I do not know what happened to this company but they have went downhill. They’re too expensive to have horrible customer service. I ordered an outfit 12/2 they do not know where my package. Save yourself the time and headache and do not order from this place

The sizing is completely off so I wanted to return all my items. Spent £140 and after returning I didn’t even receive my refund and after emailing there was no reply. Don’t waste your time and especially your hard earned money. Don’t be fooled by their social media.

I've never had an issue with this company prior to this but I order a tracksuit on the black Friday sale. When it arrived, I tried it on and the bottoms were way too big around the top part of my waist and hips. Whereas the trousers at the bottom were very long and overly baggy. I usually always get a small in every clothing item, but these sizes were awful. Jumper was also very big but really tight around the waistband and it was not flattering at all. I tried to return this item and it would not let me so I emailed customer service who were also terrible in telling me that I could not refund my item due to buying in the black Friday sale and this was their policy. When I ordered this item, it did not state refunds were not possible but now a week later it shows that I am unable to refund this where they should have stated it when purchasing. This tracksuit is also still on the website meaning it was not just a sale item and now I cannot get my money back and I have a tracksuit that I cannot wear. I would have not purchased it if I could not return. Also customer service is rude and do not help one bit. If you're thinking about buying an item during sale, do not waste your money as they will not refund you. Also, if you tried to post a bad review underneath one of the items they delete it and do not let it be published.

Never even recieved my tracksuit and had to go through hell and back to get a refund. I purchase one track suit and they literally never even shipped it. I had to publicly go on instagram tag the brand and say how they stole my money.

Love supporting a black business but I should’ve listened to the warning signs from friends. I ordered a 2 piece tracksuit that they forgot to send out and I had to send an email asking where my clothes were. The fit was great for the top but the medium bottoms were tight so I returned both items (which didn’t have tags btw!) and yet to receive a refund and it’s been WEEKS. Despite sending the clothes in its original packaging. If don’t you want headache & a chaotic customer service experience, don’t order here!

This ‘company’ is notorious for not giving out refunds on returned / faulty goods.
I am still trying to get a response for a faulty tracksuit I ordered and received back in MARCH!! Dms on insta of them admitting it was faulty yet they just stop replying mid conversation. I have emailed and messaged on instagram so many times over the months, it isn’t even about the money anymore its the fact they seem to get away with doing this to so many other companies. It’s disgusting and seriously needs looking into because the endless reviews I see of similar things happening to other customers is disgusting.

I purchased the 2 piece jogger in a small it was very unflattering. I requested a return and it was approved. Here is where the problem starts, the return address is in London! $93 to ship back! I reached out to the company several times about a return label, no response. I will have to eat this $169 purchase. This was my first and last experience with this company.

I ordered one of the new advertised joggers & hoodie to match in a 2XL. Over 1 week later, I noticed that I did not receive any notifications regarding my order's shipping date or a tracking number. When I emailed them, they told me that my size (2XL was oversold). They offered me a store credit or to wait for my size to be restocked but no refund. I became extremely annoyed & frustrated regarding their response. Why take my money if you don't have my size??? I'm still waiting for my refund after my complaint was made. I will never order again or recommend this company to anyone. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this company. I should have learned my lesson after the 1st dissapointing incident!!!!

ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF STOCK. Want to purchase but never get a chance to order, unless they give a date and time when they restock. I don't have the time to check every second OR RACE TO ORDER! to see if they have my size. ugh! annoying

Don’t get me wrong, they have the cutest track suits ever but they are just entirely over priced for the quality. I just got the new brown track suit and work it once and the private area part is already starting to lose its stitching. I got the grey soft life track suit when that one came out and it did the same thing, the stitching started to come undone after I wore it a couple of times. I just don’t get paying almost $200 for a two piece set that’s going to come apart after lightly wearing it. It wouldn’t be a problem if they came down on the pricing but jeez man. Totally overpriced for the quality

I bought a tracksuit from bad society and i was travelling soon. I emailed the company as i couldn’t find the tracking number to see where my parcel was and Kat answered my email immediately, helped me to find my tracking number and gave me the estimated date. The tracksuit came on time for my holidays and i will definitely buy more in future. The quality is amazing and it gives me an hourglass figure.

They claim it’s same day shipping, i order on a Sunday so I assumed my order will be shipped on the Monday. Nope. It got shipped 4 days later and now a week later im still waiting on my order? This is a London based company…i live in London why is it taking so long to get my clothes. My shein order came faster than this. Let’s hope the quality is good

Sooo today I wore outfit number 2 of my most recent order and girls 💁🏽‍♀️ all I can say is wow🔥 I’ve had about 10 different people compliment me today and I honestly feel so effin Sexy in it!! Everything I order just bangs every single time!! Absolute 10/10 from me.. thanks my guys ❤️👌🏾🔥🙏🏾

Terrible customer service. On many occasions the clothes rip after a few wears. My last order I was given the wrong size, unable to return, ,unable to exchange, unable to get a refund. They told me that some clothes have the wrong label but for the amount of money you're paying, these mistakes shouldn't happen. They are now ignoring me. Terrible customer service and terrible quality

I ordered the beige Kiki set after falling in love with it from an instagram ad. The shipping was super prompt - it arrived to Australia within 9 days of ordering! The quality is excellent, sizing is perfect, and I got so many compliments on it! Very very happy with my experience and will be ordering more.

Second time ordering same day restock then getting told a week later it is out stock and have to wait a whole month or so for preorder.
