Quality great courier service absolutely shocking especially their customer service support
Quality of the product is outstanding and great quality “BUT” they need to change the courier service as they are absolutely useless I made two purchases with backyard and the courier service was awful they didn’t load one of the boxes of a two part delivery
And the second delivery I had the driver called me to say that they were on their way to deliver the order they turned up knocked on the door and it wasn’t loaded on the van don’t they even check the truck for the load so he called the courier office and they said they didn’t know where it was the attitude of not caring about the problem so unprofessional
So for the second time informing backyard discovery about delivery problems they sorted it out again professionally and with compassion about their customers
Customer service was fantastic they just need to get rid of that courier company as they are probably giving backyard a bad reputation

i am so impressed with the Barrington…
i am so impressed with the Barrington Gazebo, and fair to say even better than anticipated when compared to other sites Wirth similar units this by far infinitely superior in quality and construction and easy to follow instructions. delivery was good and on time stipulated. I cannot fault in any respect and would find it difficult to suggest any form of improvement.

Arrived quickly, instructions were excellent including a 3d app. All parts were well packaged and plenty of screws and bolts so none missing. Looks fantastic and is good quality. Would recommend this product for any garden.

Missed delivery, but helpful advisor and quality product
Hasn’t even turned up yet! No idea where it is! Paid over two weeks ago and no communication other than shipping then didn’t turn up and the company don’t know where it even is!
Updated- 25/5- lady on the phone was very helpful in dealing with this. She arranged a priority delivery the next day and gave us a small partial refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. The frame arrived within the timescale second time round and is now up and looks great. Kids have been on a few times and love it.

Excellent product
Excellent product, very easy to construct. I installed the roof frame first then added the metal work which goes against the instructions but it worked and I didn’t have to lift the full weight of the roof. The kit comes with all the drill attachments required you just need the cordless drill.

I’ve had my eye on Saxony XL Grill Gazebo since spotting in on Pinterest 18 months ago. We’re not disappointed!!
Being able to arrange delivery to suit us was great and Giuseppina who picked up the phone for a quick chat before we ordered was very helpful.
The instructions and parts are well labelled, easy to follow and made sense from cover to cover.
You definitely need the third person to lift the roof structure on.
Can’t wait to get the first BBQ or Pizza on.
