Your order was placed on a Saturday and dispatched on Monday, the very first working day, which was the soonest we could process and send it. We used AusPost, a trusted courier, but delivery times can occasionally vary by a day, which we understand can be frustrating.
I can see that we offered two options to resolve the issue—a 10% refund to keep the item or a full refund of $360 with a return. You chose the full refund, and we quickly arranged the collection for you to make it as easy as possible.

Wedge pillow, good investment
I ordered the raised wedge pillow because I've get acid reflux and I want to try to avoid problems long term. It's good quality and well made. I saw it as an investment in my health. It is comfortable and definitely helping. I thought I may find it too annoying to be raised as I'm a stomach sleeper. But I can curl into it semi side/front on. It is already feeling unnatural to lay flat now if I feel like my stomach is still full. I'm happy with it and glad I purchased.

Absolutely reccomend Back Care - Australia
My experience with Back Care - Australia was great. I was looking to buy crutches an while I could *find* them on a number of websites most had no reviews or bad reviews. Seeing the positive reviews they got I gave them ago - and it was great. Easy ordering, quick postage, friendly follow up. I have no hesitations recommending them.
