It is such a comfortable pillow, I am a side sleeper, and it supports my neck so well, that after a goodnight sleep, wake up without sore shoulders. Best pillow ever.

Very disappointing experience with Back Care Online.

I purchased a $495 BIFMA-accredited ergonomic chair in November 2024, advertised as offering “unmatched ergonomic support and durability”. After only ~16 months of normal home-office use, it became dangerously unstable, rocking backwards and sideways despite being locked. The fault aggravated my husband’s existing back injury and caused pain for several days.

Back Care Online initially confirmed in writing that the chair was “well within its warranty period” and requested a video. After seeing the video, they changed their position and said it only had a 12-month warranty. I could find no clear warranty period on the product page, receipt or T&Cs.

They suggested I diagnose/tighten the chair myself or purchase replacement parts. When I raised concerns about the chair’s safety, durability and my rights under Australian Consumer Law, they stopped responding entirely despite multiple follow-ups.

I have since had to escalate the matter to Queensland Office of Fair Trading and am now considering QCAT.

A $495 ergonomic chair marketed for its durability should not become unsafe after ~16 months of normal use. Even more disappointing has been the complete lack of response once I challenged how the matter was being handled.

I would be very cautious purchasing an expensive ergonomic chair from this company given my experience.

Since purchasing the sleeprrr pillows we had a better night slept. We haven't woken up with a sore neck. My breathing has improved no snoring,I would highly recommend the pillows.

I bought the "DJMed Knee & Leg Pillow with Leg Strap" for my partner and he loves it. The size is good (quite petite dimensions, fits in a backpack for travel) and the strap keeps it secured through the night. You can position the pillow easily anywhere along your leg. The foam feels dense and good quality. The removable, washable cover is great to maintain hygiene, especially in the Queensland heat. Price point was good and delivery speedy. Highly recommend ordering through Back Care Online.
