1000% a scam. Placed an order for flowers to be delivered for my moms birthday and within 45 minutes they had cancelled due to “unexpected local florist cancellation”. Was emailed that I would receive my refund within 2 business days…it’s a month later and instead I’ve had to file a complaint with the BBB and had my bank issue me a new card.

I think this company may literally be a scam/front company set up for something else. I ordered flowers from here a month ago, I was immediately charged, then I got a notice that my order had been cancelled and I was going to be refunded. It has been 4 weeks, I have called 7 times, and they keep assuring me that I will be refunded by the end of the week. It never happens. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I am going to have to call my credit card company to remove this charge. What a joke.

Wow! I have the same exact story as everyone else. I placed an order. Immediately cancelled with the same "I don't understand, I'll investigate this and send a refund immediately". Here I am a month later still waiting. Obvious clip and paste responses. Do not order from them. Do not order from them. Do not order from them.

Update:

After posting a negative review, filing complaints with the FTC and BBB they are issuing me a refund.

So....If you want your money back post a negative review, file complaints with the FTC and BBB then you will get your refund. The complaint process is very easy and takes just a few minutes.

UPDATE: after reaching out again after a full month, and after leaving the original negative review, I did finally receive a refund.

I ordered flowers on June 30. Order was cancelled immediately. I received an email and spoke with someone saying I would receive a refund in 3 days. When that didn’t happen, I followed up and received an email response from Cathleen Kaur on 7/8, apologizing and promising the refund was on the way. When I still had not been refunded in another week, I emailed again and she assured me she was looking into it. Since then, I haven’t heard anything and now it’s August 5th :( I am going to report them and contact my bank if I do not get my money back soon. Order: # 83851

This company is 100% fake! DO NOT order from them! I did a search of florist deliveries to sparks NV and this company came up! I ordered a delivery for 48.01 then received an email stating they could not deliver as they were out of New York and would refund my credit card. This was on July 19th I called multiple times each time was told the refund was processing I even emailed them. Today is august 1st and I still have not received a refund!! There have been 21 complaints filed with the BBB about the company and the are NOT accredited!

EDIT: 8/3/23 They have now refunded my money after I posted this review.

I have exactly the same story. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister's birthday. I received an email cancelling my order stating they had no one to make the delivery. They also stated they HAD refunded my money. Three weeks later I still do not have the refund. I get the same response each time I send an email asking where my refund is "I want to assure you that I am personally handling your refund, and there is no need to worry.

I am committed to processing the refund for you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter."

They took my money in seconds and yet cannot not refund to that same card despite it being three weeks later. This florist sucks. DO NOT USE THEM.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered flowers for my aunts father’s funeral on 7/12/23 and received an email stating they didn’t know why but my flowers couldn’t be delivered and they were refunding my money and it should reflect my card in 2 business days or shorter. The money HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED to my account. I have emailed them twice with no response. I have tried calling several times and just hear music playing. Can’t reach anyone by phone. I wouldn’t have even rated it a 1 but that’s the only way you can leave a review. I’m going to check on other ways to report them as a fraudulent business.

As of 7/31/23 Baby Blue Florist refunded my money. I appreciate you allowing me to write my review on your page and that they refunded my money.

Placed order and received "cancelled order" with no explanation and to date have not received a refund. Complete theft of funds.

Same story as others: order cancelled with no explanation, refund withheld. I strongly encourage anyone who’s dealt with Baby Blue to file a fraud report with the FTC, as I’ve done after seeing the reports here and on other sites. It doesn’t take long and may be the only way to shut them down.

Placed order. My credit card was charged. Then they canceled the order. Sent me an email saying they would refund my money. Almost 2 weeks later no refund. They haven't answered my emails and calling them results in listening to music. I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. Go elsewhere for your flowers.

Update...after posting this review they responded to my email and provided a refund. So I have updated my review from 1 to 2 stars.

I to have not received a refund. My was order was canceled immediately. I will also be reporting this. This place is a fraud. I can’t believe they are doing this to people. Totally totally do not go to this florist. They are the worst ever. I can’t even believe they are still around with all the bad reviews worst ever.

Ordered flowers for a mother that lost her child. Immediately my order was cancelled and now it has been over 20 days and no refund. just keep getting the same BS email from Cathleen Kaur (Customer "happiness" manager) saying that they are "looking into it". I can see from the reviews this is a trend. DO NOT believe any of the good reviews - they are fake. Ill be filing fraud/scam complaints with the Attorney Generals office, Federal Trade Commission, BBB and usa.gov - I suggest everyone being taken advantage of do the same

DO NOT ORDER from this company!! I wish I had read the other reviews! I ordered flowers, when they did not arrive checked email, my order was cancelled. No reason, just cancelled, its been 2 weeks and several calls and I still have not been refunded. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau next.

This company is a complete joke! I ordered flowers and they said they could not deliver in the area I requested. An area where I have had flowers delivered many times before. Then they said they would refund my money in 1-2 days. It has been over a month. I have contacted them numerous times. They apologize and say they are working on it. They are liars and scammers and now I have to file a fraudulent charge with my bank in order to get my money back. Stay away from this ridiculous company!!!

Yeah, same story as everyone here. Ordered, money taken out of my account immediately, email received said I’d get my refund in 2 days — it’s been a week and I’m still only getting generic, unhelpful replies and the run around from this company. How have they not been shut down yet? This is a scam. The only way I’ll get my money back is to dispute the charge with my bank. Shut them down. Edit: after this review posted, I magically got my refund within minutes. I won’t be changing my star rating though, because I shouldn’t have had to get another party involved to receive my own money.

A few weeks ago we ordered a get well bouquet . The recipient sent us a picture of what she received and it was beautiful and well worth the money we spent. ]We need it delivered immediately and you met our requirements on very short notice...We will use you again in the future, Thank You.

I had the same problem as most. My credit card was charged right away and then the order was cancelled. I got my money back after 10 emails to them. If I did not get it back I was going dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Super bad place to order flowers. I bought flowers for my girlfriend on the 12th of July and my order was canceled immediately after. They sent me a email saying my refund would be there in 2 days then I called after two days and then they said give it 3 more days and you should have it. Fast forward 8 days later and still nothing. They asked for my order number. And just gave me the run around saying it should be here. And I’m still waiting. It’s so crazy how places like this work. Please never order flowers from here. It is a huge disappointment. I’m just loss for words.
