If I could give it zero stars I would. When searching for items for my grandchild, this site kept coming up. I looked. I scrolled, they had a US address, a US phone number, and apparently a fake EIN number. Place an order, I did get an email about my order however Inever got an update on the status of shipment or delivery.I emailed and did not get a response. I even called,. No answer.

Scam scam. Not a legit company. Will take your money and you can’t contact them no tracking sent and they will start charging your card with large amounts. This should never be allowed to happen!,

Scam. I called because my item was not shipped after almost a week of being ordered. They tried to give me $100 reward for being a long-term customer however, I haven't been a customer for more than 5 days. when I politely declined They hung up. I tried to call back and They blocked my number and did not get item shipped. I lost $25.

SCAM! Ordered baby bouncer next thing you know Bank of America alerts me about suspicious activity. 2,200 due to using this site . All came from urban decor

Fake website. The next day I had $600 in false charges that I had the dispute. Do not use this site. Total fraud

Babies Mall is a scam. The prices seemed too good to be true but I did a bit of research and it appeared to be a legitimate company. However, the next day I was charged 4 times the cost of what I ordered and attempts to purchase over $800 in California. Don’t be fooled - run from these thieves.

Made a purchase for $26.99. Never received product. Had an almost $500 charge attempt and a $90 charge attempt after. Attempt only because I only put money in my cash app when I'm going to use it and I only put exact amout, THANK GOD! EXACTLY why I never use my actual bank card or account online. E-mailed customer service no reply. Called customer service number and it said I won a $100 gift card. I told them I was not interested in the gift card just my merch or my money back. I was told sorry I can't help you with that you were redirected to here as our phones are down. I was like if your phones are down how did I reach you. She insisted she could not help me with my order but was more than happy to sign me up for a free $100 gift card. I declined & hung up. I blocked the company from charging my card in the future. Currently waiting to see if I can get my $27 back. SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! I don't know how their site hasn't been taken down yet?!

The phone number Will never be answered. The emails will never be returned. The item never existed and will never be delivered to the location you sent it to. ABSOLUTELY HEARTBROKEN, as my first granddaughter will be born any day now and it is, as its always been, a cruel, deceptive world she will have to learn to navigate. I pray this scam will be revealed for what it is and these selfish greedy jerks are stopped from their heinous activities. May they reap what they sow.

I ordered one thing for $29.99 then got charged large amounts numerous times to that account. They do not respond to emails and their phone number doesn't work. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I ordered a breast pump for my daughter i never received it. Also they do not use secured banking by the end of the day my account was robbed from different places including something called jump joy. I normally only use places like Walmart and Amazon. Never again I've been fighting a week with the bank to drop the charges. Should have looked into this babies mall crap a little closer
