After placing an $8 order with Babies Mall, over $6,000 in fraudulent charges appeared on my card the same day. The $8 item was never delivered and emails to Babies Mall went unanswered.

Scam do not use....should have looked up reviews before purchasing i will be reporting them

Fraud!!
Within an hour of ordering a toy for my granddaughter, these buggers went ahead and scammed my card for over 600 dollars. Fraud prevention caught it. Sobs should be in the pen! Buggers can keep their toy too!!

If there was an option for negative stars I would! Same as other reviews my account was drained . Complete scam

Don’t do it. It’s a scam. I bought something for 15.99 and got charged over 700 dollars to a pet store. The baby store number is in new york and no one will answer. The main company who owns the baby store is out of Wyoming and they won’t answer. And the pet store I got charged with is out of California and they won’t answer. The bank won’t give me the money back so I’m having to file for disputes. If this has happened to anyone else and has suggestions on how to get my money back, please comment or reply.

Total scam. Made one purchase for some foam blocks and they proceeded to make 14 charges ranging from 200 to 400 dollars. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered one item for $12. They took $1,371.95. They won't respond to emails and the phone line stays busy. I've made reports with the BBB, the FTC and the FBI.

This is a scam. No product , no answers on telephone, cancel any card transactions with your bank

This place is a complete scam!!!!! I purchase two items totaling 39.98 for my 5 month old daughter. Luckily, I started getting calls from the fraud company because this p.o.s company charged my account several transactions totaling $2,500 dollars. I am still waiting on these damn charges to go out of pending on my account. Stupid P.O.S!!!!

I ordered 3 items. Play kitchen set 39.99
wooden doll house 49.99 and play tent $14.99 for my 3 year I then went to sleep and 8 hours later they charged my card three times a total of $920 was stolen off of my card, I canceled my card but the transactions are still pending. I dont know what bank is allowing these people to steal money like this from innocent families or what evil person is behind this but let me tell you, youre playing with fire. And Im going to take you down, That $920 you stole was money to keep a roof over my childs head and clothes on her back. You played with the wrong one. Im going to track you down whether I get the money back! or not. watch.

I wanted to order , when I was about to pay the bank send me an alert sms to ask if it was me , I responded yes, but did go back to complete the purchase because I was busy. So thy took,$ 14, than $259, than $ 379 under petcompanyconfirmed. Please don't go there big Scammer.

Scam website!!!!! Once they charge for the item you buy, they will follow up with charges for $100s of dollars. That happened to me with two attempts of $34 and over $300. Luckily my bank caught it but don’t ever use this website.

Complete scam they charged me 29.99 then turned around and charged $57.60 and 379.00 on my credit card after I asked to cancel the order the charges show up under NEXTFITSONEATHLETICSCO they say the company is in Wyoming phone number is in New York and is some computer saying I can get a discount if I push 1 just filed a scam report with the FBI, Federal Trade Commission and the BBB

This company is an absolute scam I thought I was buying a kitchen play set for my granddaughter for Christmas it charged me the price of the toy. Then 4 more fraudulent charges. The company that took the money is named Next Level Office.....BABIES MALL MALL

I ordered a kids kitchen. 3 weeks later, no tracking, no response to my emails and the number on the website is not a working number. Seems to be a scam website. wow.

This website is completely fraudulent. I have launched a complaint with the FBI. my order was taken along with my money. As well as my account on apple pay was hacked and monies were taken out of my apple pay account. I have also reached out to the attorney general in Indiana and filed a complaint with them. Please be aware of this site do not waste your TIME or MONEY.

I, too, emailed twice with no response. I had checked first to see if the business was in China, and when I read it was in Wyoming (I think) felt comfortable ordering. LightinTheBox is another online store I had trouble with and wonder how they survive online. Very disappointing.

Ordered Item six days ago. When I check my order it says "can not find order". I have emailed with no answer and when I call the number all you get is a busy signal.
